God sends us earthly
messengers
To help us through each day.
And though we do not know they’re there
They help us find our way.
They say an angel gets its wings
From feats done here on earth.
By helping us along our way
And showing what they’re worth.
And at time you’ll feel their presence
You’ll know that they are there.
The peaceful calm you feel within
Just knowing that they care.
Sometimes you’ll know that it was them
That helped you through your day.
When your troubles once presented
Slowly melt and fade away.
Shadows dancing …. lights are low
In our dreams we safely sleep.
As they stand watch protecting us
Far from harm our souls to keep.
They could be that stranger standing there
Or someone you thought you knew.
That poor soul you least considered one
Are the ones that do come through.
One day while surfing on the worldwide web
I saw a link I did not know.
And when it finally opened up
Such pure beauty did unfold.
Who could this be that made this site
Of such wondrous art and more.
The graphic gifs so well laid out
Then I saw it on the floor.
A feather lay there at my feet
And to my eye it brought a tear.
For when I went to pick it up
It sparkled once then disappeared.
For I knew it was an angels wing
That had left it laying there.
To let me feel their loving grace
And show me that they care.
And so every time I click this link
And go back to this site.
I feel such joy within my soul
And I know that I was right.
She helps me in so many ways
Wanting nothing in return.
This a lesson in life’s meaning
Yes is something we should learn.
Our computers we love so dearly
We work and play with them each day.
McAfee, Norton, gives protection
Helps the bugs to go away.
But IceDreams site gave more to me
Will last until I’m gray and old.
She’s my angel on the Internet
The anti virus for my soul.
The loving kindness that she shows
Has proved this much to me.
There’s an angel on the Internet
For all the world to see.
