This page is dedicated to the biggest little woman I know, my mother. She has held my hand through my whole life. When I tripped she stopped me from falling on my face. I can tell she loves me very much because if I am happy, she is happy. And with her as a mom, well who wouldn't be happy.

She's just a little lady
With a great big heart
You might say I know her well
I've known her from the start

She takes everything in stride
She's there when I need a hand
And in her, I know I can confide
She tries to help if she can


This lady will do anything for me
All I have to do is ask
Look around and you will see
Things done for me in the past

I lean on her all the time
Though she isn't very strong
Doing things for everyone
And never complains its wrong

This lady expects nothing in return
She does it because she cares
She gives of herself, and I've learned
Mom loves me and will always be there

Mom, I really love you
And wanted to let you know
By doing this, to tell the world
How much I love you so

I came close to losing my mom in 1986 that's when I wrote this. It was the most difficult time of my life. To those that aren't as lucky as I am, my heart goes out to you.....IceDream

God had room for an angel
and decided to take you away.
He realized how much I needed you
and thought it best you stay.
I know later on in years
You'll go live with God up above
but until then and after that
