![]() Moondreamers
was a short lived series from the mid 80's, but it still lives on in the
hearts and imaginations of many people. It started on November 26th, 1986
when Hasbro released the first 8 dolls and continued into 1987 until it
was cancelled just before a new set of dolls was due out in 1988. During
it's year there were a total of 19 figures, 2 playsets, 1 plush toy and
a variety of secondary merchandise available as well as a television series
spanning 15 episodes. They are still sought out today on the second-hand
market by fans world-wide. The main appeal (and distinguishing feature)
of the Moondreamers doll line is the fact that these cute, colourful characters
also have glow in the dark features and unique glittery clothing designs. |
