Dirty Pair Flash
Episodes reviewed: 1-6, subbed
Overall Grade:A
Yeah, there is only brief nudity that doesn't show you a damn thing, and that isn't the basis of the series! Thank you. Weopons assassins, fun and funny stuff. It's a perfect mix.
Storyline: 8
The pair are 17 years old and work for the WWWA as Trouble consultants (Tro-Cons). They have to protect witnesses that could bring down the head of a major corporation, if only those witnesses could stay alive...
Genre: Action
Guns ahoy!
Ch. Development: 9
We see some changes in the two characters as the series progresses, and that makes up for not learning about their pasts. Their pasts aren't that interesting anyway.
Sexuality: 6
Skimpy outfits, mature themes.

Only implied by fanfic authors. For Shame!
Drama: 6
Especially near the end...

Ah, yes, Dirty Pair Flash. The (alleged) predecessor to Dirty Pair. If anything, it doesn't live up to the explosionness and dirtyness of the original, and I don't really see any connection between the two plotwise. The Kei and Yuri here are younger and are born at least 100 years after the first two, but there is nothing stated about them. Hell, there's even a new Mughi! There's a lot of explosions and action as well as oh so much fanservice. The plot is different, but has the same feeling from the original.
Dirty Pair Flash is about two 17-year-old girls who are Trouble-Consultants for the 3WA. They are assigned the codename, "Lovely Angels" which is often given to two female Tro-Cons who operate the best out of all. Kei and Yuri often ditch work and happen to be clumsy and inexperienced. They go on some important missions and fail miserably. On one of the missions, Kei meets a hired assassin who outshoots her. She is then obsessed with getting back at her. This goes on for a few episodes while information is gathered which is used to thwart the plans of an evil self-proclaimed genius. Don't tell me what you think of it, I'm not interested. The plot is followed closely throughout each episode. If only Mission 2 was this good.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
