Sadly, the writers decided to cut back on plot and exchange it for the ability to draw the pair's nipples better. I like to call it the deal with a devil.

See above. I guess it makes sense, but I don't want there to be a Mission 4 that turns into a flagrant hentai series. Wait, maybe that's not such a bad idea. I mean, the H series idea. It probably hasn't been done before.

Well, the above speaks for itself. The writers exchanged plot for fanservice. Extreme fanservice. Believe me, if you're looking for plot, you won't find any here. If you watched Mission 1, you're not prepared for Mission 3. You ought to watch Mission 2; it'll prepare you for this.
Normally, I'd have a second paragraph, but there isn't any plot. It's pretty much just Kei and Yuri trying to save their lives or others. That, and there is one guaranteed topless scene per episode.
Update: Okay, there was only some ecchi scenes in episode 3, The Winners in Summer Clothes, but the nudity in episode 2, Pink Sniper, makes up for it.
