The tape confused me. All I know is that I watched the tape called Final Battle (I think that's what it was called).

It's fun and violent. I just wish I understood everything.

It's good and original. Very good, and, like I said, original.

Subtle, yet appearant.

Great fight scenes, not much blood.

Plenty of comedy when it comes to Tsutomu's life. Birdy's life has comedy as well, but not during the fights. Well, actually, there is some during the fights.

I cringed at Tsutomu's voice. Everyone else I'm okay with.

Birdy the Mighty is one great anime, but it's also strange, but not too strange. Ah, forget it. I'm never gonna attempt to sound smart again! The story is strange, but it's really quite lovable if you give it a chance. Birdy belongs to some sort of space police and is forced to merge with a human boy named Tsutomu after he is killed during one of her missions. Well, at least that's what I read on the back of the Blockbuster Video case. The actual case doesn't even tell me which episodes I'm watching. All I truly understand is that Birdy and Tsutomu share the same body and must deal with that in their lives. Tsutomu can take the form of Birdy once Birdy needs to take over, and vice versa. And while one form is present, the other person can still communicate with the active form through thoughts. This helps Birdy win a couple fights. It also makes for some funny moments. Overall, it's an enjoyable anime even though I have no idea what the actual enemy is supposed to be.
That's my Story and I'm Sticking to it!
