Night Warriors
Episodes Reviewed: 1, dubbed

Overall Grade: D
Why aren't these anime based on games ever good?  Well, other than Sakura Taisen and Pokemon.

Storyline: ??
There isn't one actual storyline.  Um.. I guess that the stories of each of the characters go together eventually when they meet up, but it isn't likely.

Type: Action
Action.  Yep.

Ch. Development: 1
There might have been some development I missed.

Sexuality: 2
Just a slightly revealing outfit (worn by Morrigan, of course).

Romance: 0
Nothing yet so far.

Drama: 4
I remember a semidramatic battle.

Action: 5
It's based on a fighting video game.  Yes, there are gallons of blood.  Perhaps just one or one and a half gallons, but gallons nonetheless.

Comedy: 2
A couple of funny parts.  Particularly the fact that the guys who made this decided to have the characters use their attacks from the video games.  Well, it's not too funny, but seeing morrigan use some of her "normal" attacks just seemed funny.

Dub
Dub Voices: 5
They're okay.

Dub Music: N/A
I hope.  I hope that everyone realizes that if I hadn't seen the real version, I usually don't know if there's dub music.

Censorship:N/A
There are just too many anime out there that aren't shown on TV.

Night Warriors is based on the video game Night Warriors (Darkstalkers here).  As you might guess, the conversion is laughable, but respectable.  Yeah, right.  I have no idea what the video game story is like, so this will be fair.  Various characters from the video game have their own plots, and usually two of them find each other in those plots.  How each of the plots go together I yet don't know.  All I know is that the characters use attacks from the video game and fight each other or fight others.  Now, in this world they live in, monsters are feared by humans and attacked at by humans.  Of course, if you were a human, and you saw monsters, wouldn't you usually decide that those should be your limited choices?  Of course.  I can't really go in-depth here since there isn't one plot but three or four.  That, and I only watched the first episode out of a series of four or six.  I don't remember; all I know is that I won't get to the rest of them.  As you might guess, this review isn't fair, but it's fair seeing as how I only watched the first episode.  Since I'm repeating myself, just scroll down for the motto.

That's my Story and I'm Sticking to it!
