Development: N/A</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Sexuality: 1</B></div> <div> Where are you, Brock?  Er.. there you are!  But you have nothing to say!  And there is some dialogue that can be taken the wrong way by <B>IDIOTS!</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Romance: 4</B></div> <div> It's supposed to be subtle, but Nooooo!  The dub writers had to make Misty admit something that she should never!</div> <bR> <div> <B>Drama: 6</B></div> <div> Not as dramatic as it should have been.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Action: 6</B></div> <div> Not as action packed either.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Comedy: 2</B></div> <div> Thank God I didn't have to put another 6.  Well, there just plain isn't enough Comedy.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Dub</B></div> <div> <B>Dub Voices: 8</B></div> <div> Room for improvement.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Dub Music: 5</B></div> <div> I think there was an added song and completely changed musical score.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Dub Lines: 4</B></div> <div> Not perfect, and they had to go and add something that doesn't exist; Misty admitting love.  It should never happen, EVER.  She keeps it down inside like, um.. what's a good example... like Ranma and Akane!</div> <bR> <div> <B>Censorship: No idea</B></div> <div> No idea.  Why can't this be bilingual?!</div> <bR> <div> By capturing the Legendary Bird pokemon of the elements, nature goes completely out of whack and the legendary bird, Lugia awakens.  The balance must be restored before Lugia, the pokemon with the power to destroy the world awakens, but he also has the power to save it.  The people for the job?  Of course, Ash, Misty, and Brock.  This movie wasn't as interesting as Mewtwo Strikes Back, so I was mostly interested in the cute boat captain.  As you may know, I have a thing for green-haired girls.  I think it all started during the fifth episode of Tenchi Universe...  Ahem, but we are talking about Pokemon here.  Lessee.... not interesting, but there is the fight scenes between the pokemon, yadda yadda.  To tell you the truth, this wasn't very memorable at all.  Low score.  Hell, I'm more interested in Serial Experiments Lain than this movie, but it's still fun and worth watching to some extent.  Now, if you excuse me... *pops in video* "Present Day, Present Time!"
