When a professor mysteriously disappears while researching some ruins related to the Pokemon "Unown," the Unown are released from their universe and appear at the professor's house, where they take the form of Legendary Pokemon Entei and befriend the professor's daughter, who thinks Entei is her missing father.  The Entei does the girl's bidding, including abducting Ash's mom, whom the girl mistakes for her own mother!  And so our young hero must enter the professor's home - now a strange crystalline palace reminiscent of Castle of Cagliostro - to save his mom.

I'm putting serious consideration to not putting N/A on movies.

My memory may be a little hazy, but I doubt there was anything.
Romance:

Same as above.
Drama:

Some fairly intense battles and truly moving moments.  I wonder why people tend to look down on Pokemon movies.  It's discrimination, I tell ya!
Action:
5
Like I said, there are some pretty intense battles.  Not as good as the best battles of the TV series, but they're intense, nonetheless.
Comedy:
5
To tell the truth, I don't remember much about what happened, but the movie never got too serious (though the Pokemon movies tend to get pretty serious) and Team Rocket was once again there meaninglessly.

Don't underestimate these guys; they're actually some of the best in the industry.
Dub Music

Sounds great, but I simply hate the nonsensical lyrics.

Since my memory is hazy, this 6 is a benefit of the doubt.

The way it was, it seems okay.  If anything was cut out, I don't care.

Well, after about three years (estimate), I finally did a review for the third Pokemon movie.  The quality of this movie surprised me.  There was a lot of well-done CG, the story sounded like a Hayao Miyazaki movie (actually, looking back, a lot of it reminded me of Castle of Cagliostro for some reason... not entirely sure why), and it employed the use of a staple of the action anime genre: the "Game of Life pagoda-style progression technique" in which a group of heroes tries to get to the main bad guy, and as they progress, their numbers dwindle until it's just the main character versus the main bad guy.  Never expected that technique to be used (and work) in a Pokemon movie.  Truly impressive.  It's better than the second movie, that's for sure.

That's my Story and I'm Sticking to it!
