Project A-Ko is the story of Amazing A-Ko, the super-powered girl who can totally take care of herself, her friend, the Crybaby Cutie, C-Ko, who doesn't act her age, and the Bitchy, Brainy, Beautiful B-Ko, who has a crush on C-Ko for reasons unknown. This anime isn't guaranteed to make sense, but it should. It's probably meant to be a parody of the space/mecha genre seeing as how B-Ko has countless amounts of giant robots fight A-Ko as she tries to gain the affections of C-Ko, who doesn't happen to be gay. Meanwhile alien forces are at work to capture their missing princess who is stranded in planet Earth, and while all of Earth's military is no match, can they stand up against the combined forces of A-Ko and B-Ko? Well, to be exceptionally obvious, no.
Did I like this anime? Yes and no. Yes because it's funny and original. No because of B-Ko's crush on C-Ko, the many bulky women (and I DO mean bulky, meaning, like those women you see in the bodybuilding contests, but large). Also because I don't see how anyone can be in love with anyone like C-Ko... she reminds me of my little sister, only much more annoying. Either way, watch it if you like a good time, et cetera.
That's my Story and I'm Sticking to it!
