Price: $29.95</B></I></div> <bR> <div> Like the first Ranma 1/2 movie's DVD, this thing packs all the basics, but is in some ways worse and in some ways better.  The bios still sorta suck, but the extras are somewhat better.  Well, actually, one in particular is incredibly meaningless; I am of course talking about the "Love Battles" where you select a character and see a short clip of the characters love or rivalry between another character.  If the short clip came from an episode of Ranma 1/2 TV series or OVA it woulda been good, but the short clips actually come from the movie itself!!  I mean, chances are if you buy the DVD you're gonna watch the movie, right?  So what is the point of that section?  Well, it wastes data space on the DVD, that's what the point is!!  More on the sucky stuff: you can't use the numbers.  Yes, if you want to skip to another section of the movie you have to either use the Skip button several times or use the Scene Access menu on the main menu.  What a hassle.  Now for the good parts:  You once again have conceptional drawings and the English trailer.  You of course lack a Japanese trailer/commercial but this time you don't need the original Jap credits; the English version is subtitled without letterbox.  You have more bios on the character bio section.  Basically the same as the first Ranma movie DVD, right, except that it's the second movie and you have the lame Love Battles section and loss of the ability to use the numbers, but there is one addition: If you check the "Other Viz Information," select "Viz Video," and select "View Trailers," you will actually view trailers of other Viz Video products!!  Not that it makes up for anything, but it sure helps.  You can view trailers of Maison Ikkoku, Ranma TV and OVA, Mermaid Saga, Key the Metal Idol, Fatal Fury, and more.  Also on the "Other Viz Information" is a peach icon which just shows you a clip of the movie involving a peach. *cough-lame-cough*</div> <bR> <div> <I><B>Overall Grade: C</B></I></div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
