Update Archives
To tell you the truth, I don't know why I'm doing this. Update Archives serve no real purpose, especially for this site. I guess it might be good to research the history of a site, but this site really doesn't have much going for it. I guess you could track my progress in the last couple of years.... as useless as that may be. Oh well.
11/2/2002
I've got some of the stuff you've been waiting for. First, new stuff. Excel Saga and End of Evangelion are reviewed. And I think Plastic Little if I haven't already done that. DVD reviews for several anime DVDs are gonna be shot your way too.
Reviews: End of Evangelion, Excel Saga, Plastic Little, La Blue Girl.
9/1/2002
I've got new editorials (what? whoa I never thought he'd get around to do that!) and new anime reviews. They're basically the anime that Toonami has put on just recently. Also, I made yet another revision to the Yu-Gi-Oh! review.. I decided to put up a few video game reviews, fix up a few walkthrus, fix up the links, add to the Top 5 Lists (gee, why do I bother? oh yeah, it's my opinion, so it's okay) and change the page about myself... all I really have to do is change "15" into "16." Oh, yeah, I'm also purifying the horrible pile of vomit I'd like to call the Neon Genesis Evangelion review.
Note: It's likely that only the new anime reviews will be up, as it will take a long time to upload them... and I'm running low on time here.
Nov. '02 Intro Babble (My favorite one)
This late update is filled with anger. Also with delight. First, the anger. As you may know, I am addicted to playing the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game. The game is fun to play, it's easy, collecting them is thrilling sometimes, and it exercises my mental energy by forcing me to reconstruct my deck time after time. But I am really getting p'oed that I'm not getting the fabled cards that I need, and the fact that I haven't lost to anyone yet. Well, except my brother, but he recently had his deck stolen, so now I am (to my knowledge) the best duelist in the entire city of Vallejo. My last loss was a fluke; the guy's Time Wizard was successful 7 times in a row! Now for the delight. I have for you an Excel Saga review, and an End of Evangelion review. Oh yeah, I'm also angry that Toonami had without warning stopped showing Zoids Chaotic Century in their lineup. Looks like someone needs a charged particle beam through their face.
On another note, I met (sorta) Gilles Poitres, the man who wrote the book The Anime Companion, which is truly a useful book. He was at the library talking about anime and how he got into it and why he liked it, then he also showed us some clips of anime. Not enough to make a review of here, but we did get to see one episode of Maison Ikkoku. We also saw a part of the second Patlabor movie, a very dramatic scene from Kimagure Orange Road movie (something that ticked me off at this point was the three guys snickering when Madoka made that tear-jerking phone call... it just reinstates that too many people are getting into anime that shouldn't), the opening sequence of You're Under Arrest! (kicked ass), and, um... that was it I guess. He also showed us what appeared to be an old issue of Shonen Jump. It freakin' looked like a phone book! Especiallly because of the pages... some of them were printed on white paper, some on pink, green, blue, etc. I had no idea. This guy is truly an anime expert because of his experience, knowledge, and reasons for getting into anime. Truly a first-generation otaku. In case you didn't know, recent otaku are known as third-generation. First-gen otaku (now remember that this is somethin' I'm making up) are those who got into it near the beginning up to around the '80's. Then the second-gen otaku came. They got their anime from local shops that bought anime from legal distributors like Pioneer. I consider myself one of the last second-gen otaku. The third-gen otaku came in when anime became mainstream, about a year after Pokemon came. It became mainstream as the 'mon wars of TV started and continued to make the anime wars which included the travesties known as Cardcaptors and the Fox version of Escaflowne. They consist of mainly dumb teens and children who surf the internet and brag about info they find on the 'net. The fourth-gen otaku are not otaku at all and are fools who buy Yu-Gi-Oh! cards; thus preventing me from getting the good ones. I doubt any of them are aware that they never watched episode 1 of Yu-Gi-Oh! Who here even knows the words to at least one anime song? Congrats, you are a rank-B otaku of (insert generation here) generation! This was originally meant to be an editorial, but why not now? Let's hear it for second-gen otaku! You're looking at a rank-B second-gen otaku, or a rank-S third-gen otaku. Seriously, I can beat any third-gen at anime trivia any time. Whoops, looks like I've rambled.

I am finally on summer vacation, but now the only thing left to do is find a way to get free internet for more than 10 hours a month. Anyway, I'm gonna try to finish the previous updating I could never finish. Amazing how months pass so quickly. Coming up next month (or if we're lucky, later this month) are two anime reviews.
6/1/2002
Basically, I've done nothing. All I'm really doing is continuing the failed update from last month. You see, this Trellix program uploads every single page that has to be updated at one time, and the process is amazingly slow on my e-machines computer, circa 1998. So, if the update fails this time, I may have to try several times. After this I'm going to do some real updates, I swear. It's just 12 more days 'till I'm on vacation, then I can do plenty of updates and take a longer amount of time to upload them! Ah, I need a real break. I'm thinking about not doing anymore game walkthrus, especially after my experiences with Final Fantasy X. Just too lengthy.
4/4/2002
I've been spending WAY too much time on Dynasty Warriors 3. Y'know, this game has completely dominated my time every day. That, plus the school. So, what have I done to the site? Well, pretty much nothing. I've been slacking for so long that I managed to forget more names necessary to do the reviews, and forgetting important locations and methods in video games. I think it was a huge mistake to do work on both anime and video games. But I brought this on to myself and thus have to live with it. Recently, my memory card containing the DW3 data and Final Fantasy X data was erased. Thus I could not work on the site as much. I miss the times when I had free time. Anyway, I've done my best to do a few reviews. Chances are I won't be seeing any new anime until I buy the Neon Genesis Evangelion the Movie DVD coming out June 25th I think... also I have written up several Tenchi Uncensored! entries but have yet to get them done in web page form. Hopefully, this will all change come the summer-time.
Anime Reviews: Vampire Princess Miyu, Fist of the North Star, Nazca, Dominion Tank Police, Sin the Moview, Zoids!, Virgin Fleet
Coming Next: Whatever I promised earlier... hopefully
2/17/2002
Hey-hey-hoo!! I've had a lot of time to work on stuff and I think I fixed most of the bugs with the site. The only one I can't fix is the one that causes this page to not work with Netscape, but I feel that I might be able to fix that problem soon enough!! I'm gonna try once again to joing a webring (and I hope I got the code right this time!!) and I finally destroyed the guestbook. That was just embarassing and a waste. Now I'm gonna see if the counter is still working or fixable. You may notice that I'm getting a little lazy making pages that have a basic set-up but no real content (example: anime review with all the categories and the title but no data or actual review). Well, that's me forgetting about several pages I started on this Trellix program. Sorry 'bout that. I know it looks ugly, but try to bear with me until I get organized.

9/2/2001
Nothing. I just put up a new guestbook.
8/27/2001
Suffering from a summer slump and being on a three-day trip to Reno, I haven't been able to update, but I did get somethings good. Thanks to a friend, I decided to try out Hollywood Video, and the result is I rented three tapes from their, though one was of a series I already reviewed. As a result, two new Anime Reviews, Project A-Ko and Ninja Scroll, have been added. Meanwhile, a series I previously rated A+ has now been given the fabled PTS (past the scale) grade, the rarest grade an anime can receive from me. Also, a recent trip to the local library has brought the chance to me to read Inu-Yasha, and watch Perfect Blue, which may not be blue, but is sure damn Perfect. Also, by going to a BBQ party at my cousin's house, I looked through a cousin's room and found Ranma 1/2 graphic novels. Well, that's a lot of news from me.
8/15/2001
Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture, Samurai Shodown Anime Reviews finished.
I started the Chrono Trigger Game Review, as well as update the Game Review and Manga Review front pages.
8/14/2001
I finished the Roujin Z and Yotoden: Wrath of the Ninja reviews.
8/13/2001
I just watched Serial Experiments Lain last night. Creepy, yet lovable to an extent. No one should have to ever say this, but I am saying it, and it is true; I can totally relate to Lain. Strange, yet true. Just because I saw it doesn't mean I'm going to mess up my schedule. My new reviews are the Pokemon movies (Mewtwo Strikes Back and Revelation Lugia) and Princess Mononoke. Usually I would call something by it's Japanese name (Card Captor Sakura, not Card Captors), but Hime translates to Princess. Tomorrow, it's Roujin Z and Yotoden: Wrath of the Ninja. New news; someone finally sent an Otaku Profile. More please come! And some game walkthrus to be updated soon. You better get ready!
8/11/2001
I just finished Big O, Night Warriors, and Street Fighter V reviews to finish off the Series. Next is the movies.
8/10/2001
It's been a while, eh? Let's see what's left.... Grave of the Fireflies, Hades Project Zeorymer, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Pet Shop of Horrors, uh... let's just stop there. Also, despite the fact that the guy who e-mailed me is full of c-word, I'm gonna fix up my Blue Sub No. 6 review. NOT that I'm afraid, it's just that I don't want anymore j-words to blindly attack my views. I'm gonna make sure that my opinions are clear.
8/7/2001
Something happened while updating the site yesterday, and I guess not all of the pages were finished. Oh well. New reviews today include: Bio-Booster Armor: The Guyver, Birdy the Mighty, Fushigi Yugi OVA 1&2, and Ghost in the Shell. Ah, yes. Ghost in the Shell. To tell you the truth it bored me, but I gave it a chance by watching it all the way through. That made all the difference. Not much difference, but still different. Also, I am now obsessed with Fushigi Yugi! No da.
8/6/2001
Sorry about that, but I couldn't update over the weekend. Stuff happened... there was a Get Smart marathon on TV Land... but hey, I've come back with Phase 3, part 1: New Sections. Those will be updated in part 4, but now I have to get to part 2: New Reviews. And about those new reviews, I've started by giving you three new reviews:Angel Cop, Agent Aika, and Bastard! If you have a program that doesn't allow you to enter a site with cursing, chances are you can't enter because of the anime title above.
8/3/2001
Phase 2, Heroic Legend of Arislan, Kimera, finished. After some puking, I will get to Phase 3. First thing to come will be the creation of some sections. Then will come the reviews of... let's see... one, two, three, four, five, six, seve.. no scratch that.. seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty-one, heh, that was a kick-a** movie, even though it was voiced by Hollywood actors, twenty-two, twenty-three, hot d---, twenty-four reviews!
8/2/2001
Phase 2, Doomed Megalopolis, DBZ movies 1-3, finished. All reviews are now slightly enhanced.
8/1/2001

Phase 1 is completed. Phase 2: About the Master Update, and all-around design make-overs have been finished.
Phase 2: Anime Review updates, Site Updates, Section Updates, soon to come.
7/30/2001
One of those famous "non-updates," invented by the creator of DBZ Uncensored, Chris Psaros.
My deepest condolences to the now dead but not destroyed DBZ Uncensored website. You will be missed... at least by me.
6/7/2001
Not much. I almost finished the Final Fantasy IX walkthru, and I updated several of the Mega Man walkthrus. I updated the Otaku Profile, Dumbest Quotes, and Top 5 list sections (I hope you guys are reading them), and I wrote down my editorials, but I have yet to post them up here.
