Storyline:

After training for who knows how many years with Uub (I'm going with this translation, because it makes sense), Goku is transformed back into a kid thanks to a wish made by Pilaf (remember him? from Dragonball?). But that wish was made using the black star Dragonballs, which are far more powerful than the red star balls, meaning that the red star balls cannot undo a wish from the black star balls. Also, the black star balls scatter throughout the universe when a wish is made, so... Goku needs a ship to collect the balls and revert back into his normal form. That's the gist of what I saw, then I gave up on the series.

In the beginning, there isn't much, but there are a few DBZ-scale battles. So far, they all suck.

When I saw that the CN version started things off with chibi-Goku relating what happened through a flashback, I knew my ears were in for a world of hurt. Story-wise, I knew what to expect, but seeing it, I was actually more disappointed. Multiply that by the fact that despite the fact that FUNimation is better at dubbing, they refused to play GT normal, and you get one depressed dude. Please, if you are a true fan, just ignore the CN version dub. I would spend money to listen to the dub if I were somehow given the choice of be forced to watch CN version for free or pay $5000 to be forced to watch the non-CN version... but that's me just going crazy.
