Comcast-Spectacor's First Union Center and First Union Spectrum form a unique sports & entertainment complex with two major arenas operating side by side. The First Union Center is home to the Philadelphia Flyers (NHL), the Philadelphia 76ers (NBA), Philadelphia Wings (Lacrosse) and various family shows, ice shows and musical performances.
Opened in August 1996, the First Union Center, which cost $210-million, features five levels of seating, including two public levels and three premium seating levels. The three levels of premium seating feature 126 private luxury suites and 14 club boxes. The First Union Center features over 30 concession stands on two separate public levels and the only in-arena microbrewery-the Red Bell Brewery & Pub, where beer in brewed fresh on the concourse. The building contains 20 public restrooms, the only in-arena cigar club-the Holt's Cigar Club and Comcast SportsNet studios located on the main concourse
