Do you really want me?
How much longer will I have to wait and see
if it will be her or me

My mind tells me let him go
but my heart says
please no

Why do I sense mistrust
are you using me
to satisfy your lust

Is it that you just don't care
leaving my heart on a string
just hanging there

"I know what I'm doing" I always say
but this time
things aren't going my way

Since you walked into my life
my mind is filled with doubts
my heart cut with a knife

Must I just wait
giving you more time to think
or leave things in the hands of fate

Should I rather tell you to leave 
even though I know
without you I can't breathe.
