30 - it can't be... just yesterday I was 21
with my life stretched out before me
like an undiscovered treasure map
with wonderful things to do and see

Now It seems I've lost half my life...
There are so many things I wanted to achieve
before reaching this "milestone"
that's still so hard to believe

Driving a car...
becoming a mother
doing things that make a difference
and touching the life of another

Surely at this stage of my life
I should feel fullfilled
being happily married
and living secure in my world
