Irish Music - The Best That You Can Get

These pages will not only deal with Irish Traditional Music (henceforth referred to as ITM) from Ireland, but also similar music from/in Australia, Britanny, Canada, Denmark, England, Norway, Scotland, Sweden, USA and Wales too (perhaps there are even more countries playing this kind of music) - thus Pan-Celtic music, which is one of my favourite genres since February -91. Since I'm a reel & jig fanatic (try me!) I don't really like the "Whiskey-In-The-Wild-Rover" sort of muzak, which is the reason why you won't find too much information about these bands dressed in Aran sweaters, playing the 5 stringed banjo, having beards like Santa Claus and drinking whiskey on a Sunday.
