Warrior Truest Blue
In 1986 I wrote a song called "Warrior Truest Blue"
The above picture is representing the colors of Yahshuah as he came to visit me later that year, after I wrote this song. The colors of electric blue and white seemed to be captured in this picture, and I'm glad I found it later, because I have tried to draw with colored pencils the brilliant colors of his being I saw but could never capture.
----------------------
I almost didn't understand
Though you were all I'd been hopin'
Twas like a long forgotten dream
Like a castle covered green
Your words came through
My warrior truest blue, my warrior truest blue!
No one on earth, no one heard the cry
None took account of the fatherless child
No one on earth, no one heard the cry
None took account of the fatherless child
And now we can cry, Father, Father
Because of the Son, no longer the orphaned one
No one on earth, no one heard the plea
None took account of the widows' need
No one on earth, no one heard the plea
None took account of the widows' need
And now we can sing, "my ishi"
Because of the Son, no longer the cast away wife!
No one on earth, no one heard the sigh
None took account of the stranger outside
No one on earth, no one heard the sigh
None took account of the stranger outside
And now we can sing, "Lord my God"
Because of the Son, He makes all nations ONE
No longer the stranger outside
Ho longer the cast away wife
No longer the fatherless child!
Twas like a long forgotten dream
Like a castle covered green
Your words came through
Our warrior truest blue!
Our warrior truest blue!
