4. Cut ball into 3 equal pieces, knead, form into loaf like balls and place into 3 greased loaf pans. Let raise for 2 hours. (Depending)

5. Pre-heat oven to 350 deg. Place loaf pans in the oven, takes about an hour. When crust is desired color it should be done.

6. Remove bread from pans and bast all sides with butter..

NOTE: Try placing the bread in a sealed garbage bag, when it is raising, You will find that it will raise a lot quicker.

On a fat free diet? Just omit the shortning in step 2. That will solve that little problem.
