5 lbs. Hamburger

Mix together in a glass dish, the following:

1 Teaspoon Pepper
|
|
1 Teaspoon Red pepper
|
|
1 Teaspoon Oregano
|
|
1 Teaspoon Paprika
|
|
1 Teaspoon Onion powder
|
|
1 Teaspoon Salt
|
|
1 Teaspoon Garlic salt to taste
|

METHOD:

|
Knead meat and spices like bread, pressing hard (approx 15 min.) Shape into 2 ball or loaf shape rolls. Bake on a broiler pan (to catch the fat)(Very Important). 300 deg. for 2 1/2 hrs. Slice thin. Freeze unused meat in tinfoil.

NOTE:

When kneading meat, the harder you press, the better the meat, less chance of air holes in the meat after cooking.
|
|
SAUCE:
|
|
1/2 Cup canned milk, lightly whipped. Whip in 1/2 cup white sugar, 2 or 3 teaspoons vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or to taste.
