2 Cups flour
1 Teaspoon salt
4 Teaspoons baking powder
Milk or water to moisten
Combine above ingredients. Drop from tablespoons into stew. Cook covered for 20 min.. These may also be dropped into stewed blueberries and sugar to make a lovely blueberry grunt.
