Sweet & Sour Meatballs
       1 Lb. ground beef.
1/8 Teaspoon garlic salt.
3/4 Teaspoon salt.
1/8 Teaspoon pepper.
3 Tablespoons minced onion.
1/2 Cup minute rice.
1/2 Cup milk.
Mix and roll into meat balls. Place on cookie sheet, brown in oven for 20 min., (NO LONGER) at 350 deg. F.
SAUCE
1/4 Teaspoon ginger.
1/4 Cup brown sugar.
2 Tablespoons Mazolla oil.
1/4 Cup soya sauce.
1/2 Cup pineapple juice.
1/2 Cup ketchup.
Let come to a boil. Pour over meatballs in casserole. Cover and cook 20 min. at 350 deg. F.
To double recipe, just double rice and milk, (NOT SOYA SAUCE) and spice to taste.
NOTE: This makes a good feed for over the Holidays. A very good recipe.



“T” BISCUITS

2 Cups flour.
1/2 Teaspoon salt.
4 Teaspoons baking powder.
2 Tablespoons white sugar.
1/4 Cup shortning.
1 Egg.
1 Cup milk.
Mix with hands. Bake at 450 deg. F. for 15 min.
