Dugar Cookies
1 Cup margarine.
1 Cup white sugar.
1 Cup icing sugar.
1 Cup Crisco oil.
2 Eggs.
1 Teaspoon vinalla.
4 Cups + 4 tablespoons flour.
1 Teaspoon baking soda.
1 Teaspoon cream of tartar.
1 Teaspoon salt.
Mix together, roll out about the same as Scotch cakes. Bake at 350 deg. F, high up in the oven. Cook until brown around the edges 10 to 12 min. Keep dough in refridgerator until rolled out., Than return to fridge.
NOTE: If dough seems sticky, add more water.
HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN
2 TO 4 lBS. chicken wings.
1/2 Cup honey or corn syrup.
1/2 Cup soya sauce.
1 Tablespoon ketchup.
1 Tablespoon oil.
2 Garlic cloves.
1/2 Teaspoon ginger.
1 Small onion.
3 Teaspoons corn starch.
1/2 Cup water if needed.
Cover chicken with sauce, bake at 350 deg. F. for 1 hour until tender.
