Miracle Soup Diet!

Every Day, Eat All The SOUP You Want.
The more you eat the more you lose!
  • Day 1
      Eat the Soup with Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, And 2 times in Between.
      Eat all the Fruit you want! NO BANANAS.

  • Day 2
      All the Soup and Vegtables you want and only 1 large baked potato for dinner.
      Note: may have tab of butter with potato.
  • Day 3
      Combine Day 1 and Day 2 but tonight we have to forget the potato and forget the butter.
      Basically just eat Fruits and Vegetables all Day.
      Don't forget the SOUP the more you eat the more you lose.
  • Day 4
      Six glasses of Skim Milk and Six bananas.
      Note: Eat More Soup, I Said More!
  • Day 5
      Tomatoes and Meat. Lets not forget 8 glasses of Water.
      Note: Meat = Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Pork you pick about 10 ounces.
      Tomatoes Try to eat 6 whole fresh ones.
  • Day 6
      Happy Day! ALL the Meat and Vegetables you want.
      Note: No Peas, Beans (of any kind) or Corn.
  • Day 7
      Brown Rice, Fruit Juice ( unsweetened ) and Vegetables. More Soup!
