CABBAGE SOUP

THE SOUP INGREDIENTS!

Slice Onions and mince garlic, Place in bottom of pan on medium heat, Cook down until juice of onion covers bottom of pan or pot. Dice Tomatos and place into stock. Add remainder of dry ingredients. Add Disired amount of V8 juice, Heat and serve.

  • 6 Sweet Onions
  • 1 Head of Cabbage
  • 6 Fresh Whole Tomatos
  • 1 Stalk of Celery
  • Mince Garlic to taste
  • 2 Cups sliced Carrots
  • Up to 1 can of V8 Juice
  • Keep in mind as the soup cooks it will extract it's own juices from the cabbage onions etc.
