Hi I'm Bren aka MsCleo, Thank you
so much for checking out our web page! I first entered the world of chat and the Internet
in October of 1996, after surfing the net for a month , I discovered a site where you
could actually talk to people! Wow! This is cool! I had many reservations when I first
started to meet people and didn't divulge much about me to anyone! I think that is always
the best approach when you first meet someone. After surfing a few of the sites on the Net
talking to several people I discovered the fast pace world or mIRC ! Wow now we are
moving! I can actually talk to someone on line just about as fast as if I were talking to
that person on the phone! Way Kewl!
When I first entered this world ,
being the cautious person that I am, and entered the first Chat room on the net I had to
have a Nick! Well I didn't want to have anyone know anything about me so I used my Cats
Nick, BooterMan! Soon after wetting my feet I moved to another nick, LadyGadiva. Now why
would she use such an outrageous nick you ask? Well I love talking and meeting new people
and under the guise of Booterman that just wasn't happening, so I decided to go the way
opposite route! Yes you are right I sure got the attention that I so desired! Every
different Proposition that you could think of! The most famous being, Are you riding naked
now? Well the answer to that is obvious.. NO! But As the real Lady Godiva was famous for
her courageous ride to make her husband cut Taxes that is what you get! oh Well lots of
fun anyway!
At the beginning of February of 97
After finding a home in #30+Friendly-Tavern on DalNet, a gentleman strolled into the
tavern needing help. Was I at the time looking to fall in love again! Being that I thought
that I was with someone that I thought I was IN love with! Nope. But It happened! MacS and
I talked on line for 6 months practically every day getting to know each other in depth
and discovering that we were falling madly in love with each other! Wow can this be
happening? How can you fall in love with someone that you haven't actually met in person?
This is unheard of! But I'm here today to tell you that it is Possible and that everyone
has a Soul Mate out there somewhere. He/She may not be in the same town as you but one day
your paths will cross and you will just know!
In September of 97 after moving
from coast to coast I went to join my soul mate and I'm with him today! <smiling
Broadly as I write this> I must be one of the happiest persons on the face of the earth
right now. Well as happy as is humanly possible.
What is the moral of this story?
There are millions of people in this world and the world is getting smaller everyday
because the internet is here to STAY! :)
