The program is written on VB 5.0 (well this environment of development is pleasant to me!!!), also requires(demands) for correct work some *.ocx and *.dll of files. If at you is established VB 5.0 or there are programs, on it written - safely load the program from here, if is not present - that load at first VBRUNDLL
