Mix 96 Promotions
The following information is provided in order for you to redeem the Certificate(s) you have purchased through Mix96. If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail smarshall@brighterlearning.com or call 719-687-0437.
Discounts not applicable toward S/H ($2.00 per book).If your Order (before S/H) is less than your $10 certificate, please fill out the brochure order form and send it in along with a check or money order for the S/H fees.
No refund will be issued on unused certificate amount.

1. You should have received a Brochure Order Form with a Certificate Code at the top left of the form from Mix96 when you purchased your certificate (example "Mix962004020").
2. You need to place your order (either through the online shopping cart or by phone, e-mail, or postal mail). If you phone, e-mail or send through the mail, you will need to complete the information on the Brochure Order Form for your personalized books to be completed. Reminder: If you have a $10 certificate and you purchase one Deluxe book at $9.95, you will need to go straight to the Web Order Form, submit the form and mail in a check for S/H ($2.00 per book). You can also e-mail, call, or submit form by mail using the Brochure Order Form.
2a. If you place an order through the shopping cart, choose the book(s) that
you would like to order, proceed through the check-out, and enter in one of
the following Discount codes: (these codes will be verified prior to book completion)
"mix200410" if you are redeeming one $10 certificate
"mix200420" if you are redeeming two $10 certificates
"mix200430" if you are redeeming three $10 certificates
"mix200440" if you are redeeming four $10 certificates
"mix200450" if you are redeeming five $10 certificates
3. The Shopping Cart will return you to the Web Order Form page.
4. Fill out the form and enter in the Certificate Code found on the Brochure Order Form sent to you by Mix96 and enter it on the Web Order Form (toward the bottom of the form), or if you would prefer to place an order over the phone or e-mail - make note of the Certificate Code.
5. Submit the form for processing.
Rules and Limitations:
1. This discount cannot be combined with any other promotional discount.
2. Refunds will not be given on any unused portion of the certificate amount.
3. Discount does not apply to Shipping and Handling. This charge will be $2.00 per book.
4. Please allow 7-14 days for processing.
