AFEXpress- High Speed Internet                            SkyTracker®-Satellite Liquid Level Monitoring                              DISH Network- DBS Satellite Television
About Us
The firm of America's  Family Entertainment, Inc.  ("AFE") is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee.   AFE offers residential and commercial Digital Broadcast Satellite ("DBS") programming.

Today Cable networks are already implementing heady cost increases which are not tied to federally mandated digital conversion; so the variance between hard line cable fees to the consumer & direct satellite down-link service is widening

Cable TV rates haven been rising nearly 4 x's faster than inflation.  In short, hard line cable companies are implementing cost increases while cutting services to their customers.  AFE believes that this gap will widen as cable networks cope with federally mandated digital format conversion.

AFE, and its wholly owned subsidiary, North American Services Corporation ("NASCorp"), has negotiated direct television broadcast, Internet access and commercial satellite service contracts, for internal use and resale, by the natural gas liquids ("NGL") industry.  This business concept holds the potential to place America's Family Entertainment, Inc., and propane marketer affiliates, firmly in the roll of industry leader, becoming the number one television programming dealer in North America.

The companies have also developed a device, known as SkyTracker®.  SkyTracker® is an electronic sending unit designed to communicate,  with a satellite transponder.  Individual customer tank readings can be collected by SkyTracker®, sorted by delivery route(s) and sent , via satellite, to a propane marketer's central dispatch office.  The information to be communicated by satellite is the percent of liquid fill in a consumer's propane storage container.  SkyTracker® software will provide additional administrative support to the propane marketer.

AFE is prepared to bring emerging Satellite broadcasting technology to the propane marketer's customer base.  Through AFE's  direct nationwide contracts with direct satellite programming providers, a propane dealer can deliver and install a direct broadcast receiver, 18 " dish and remote control to select propane customers at no charge to those customers.  In addition, the propane dealer can increase profitability while providing this utility service.

Under AFE's contracts, programming providers will invest $624.0 million in activation spiffs and equipment/installation allowances in the propane industry.  Programming providers will realize $1.54 billion in annual revenues based on projections of the Company.  This return can be enhanced with the addition of SkyTracker®; a development of North American Services Corporation ("NASCorp").

With over 14 million household subscribers on line with direct satellite broadcast television  programming today, the industry is still in its infancy.  Spurred by the addition of local channels and new services like high-speed Internet access and interactive TV, the Direct Broadcast Satellite audience in the United States will grow to 25 million subscribers by 2002, according to a new report from The Yankee Group.

Satellite technology is the new frontier.  Until now, wireless cable communications have been limited to one-directional transmission services.  However, as the number of channels and variety of services offered by cable television companies continue to expand, a new regulatory paradigm for wireless cable will emerge.  Today the collection of upstream data is on the horizon.  This includes cellular configurations.

For the immediate future, the most promising new business opportunity is the provision of high-speed Internet access.  In fact, over the next two years, satellite technology will revolutionize television since the 1970's.  Already announcements from industry heavyweights may very well shift the entire balance of Internet power by enabling and controlling the gateway to a whole generation which is bent on using the Internet to gain access to the information-rich dot-com technologies.

In the past, the dominant model for Internet delivery has been a user who requests specific information, in essence "pulling" the information through landline telephone systems.  Each additional person who wants the dame data, creates a separate pull on the system and ties up a like amount of capacity.  The new order for Internet delivery is "push" technology; whereby, many web-sites will broadcast popular content once for collection by recipients.

Emerging technologies will further drive homeowners to adopt satellite communications.  According to Hughes Aviation, General Motors, and The Wall Street Journal, one out of two households (75 million) will be wireless by 2005.  America's Family Entertainment, Inc. is prepared to be a major provider by wireless communication products such as direct satellite television, satellite radio, high speed Internet connectivity, cell phone configurations and SkyTracker®.  AFE has established DBS dealerships across North America.  If you have an interest in learning more about AFE, the satellite communication products and services AFE has to offer, or want to become a DBS satellite dealer, you may contact us through our e-mail address in this web site.  If you are interested in purchasing a stock or equity position in AFE contact Robert V.
