AFEXpress Checklist
1.  Discuss with potential customer the requirements of eligibility for service, computer
     requirements, as in Installation manual, phone line access, unobstructed line of satellite,
     cost of equipment and installation service and method of payment.

2.  Realize the computer skills of customer. Do they have ability to Install an Internal
     modem & software onto the computer before equipment install?   If customer is not
     able to do the install of the necessary components, have a waiver signed and
     understood prior to going to the customer’s site.

3.  Obtain AFE approval and AFEXpress Dish  settings dial-up connection before leaving
     to do the installation.

4.  From the office, Inspect equipment carton for missing parts and do partial assembly.

5.  Determine AFExpress dish placement (un-obstructed) view, solid foundation, pole
     Mount and wall mount, etc…

6.  Complete Installation mount dish, run RG6 Cable, wall plugs etc…

7.  Instruct customer as how to install modem and software, etc… Established a dial-up
     connection.  Connect and Check to make sure the customer can surf the internet
     successfully.

8.  Get customer signature on check off list. (Assuring Customer Satisfaction of
     Installation and Internet Connectivity)
