Advertisement must include the following:
? Appropriate logo. Logo must be equal to or larger than 3/4 inch and must be of equal proportion to or larger
than Retail Dealer logo. Appropriate logo may not be disfigured in anyway.
? Must explain the promotion; for example: "12-month commitment and major credit card required." All elements
must be in the body of the ad (except for radio ads, in which case information can be placed in the disclaimer).
? Name programming package and price, For example, America's Top 150 for $39.99/mo. (do not combine prices
of programming packages).
? Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for system hardware or Advertised Value (i.e., Value of $199).
This isn't necessary for Digital Home Plans.
? The appropriate disclaimer, including the offer end date, must be present.
? Please specify length of radio or TV advertisement 60-second radio and TV ads must mention appropriate
Satellite Communication System four (4) times, 30-second radio ads must mention appropriate Satellite
Communication System two (2) times and 30-second TV ads must mention the appropriate Satellite
Communication System three (3) times.
