M D Horse Transport reserves the right to refuse
to haul any animal(s) which, in the driver’s opinion, are unsound for
the intended journey.
**A 25% deposit in the form of CERTIFIED check
or MONEY ORDER is required to guarantee a spot on the scheduled
trip. The remaining balance is
due upon delivery, and is payable in CASH
ONLY. NO
EXCEPTIONS!!! In your returned
+signed+ Fax, please also FAX a copy of the deposit, mail original deposit
to us.
**ALL health papers, coggins test, and brand
inspections are the responsibility of the
owner/shipper. These MUST be
current.
Pick up / delivery points should be EASILY
accessible!!! ** If in the course of transportation, the driver deems it
necessary to enlist veterinary aid for any reason, this will be at the
owner’s expense.
**In all events, the care and maintenance of the
horse(s) being transported is the primary concern of the
company.

Deposit is non-refundable (AT OUR DISCRETION)
in the event that owner/shipper is at fault to cancellation for any reason.
Outdated transportation papers, or any other reason owner/shipper decides
not to transport with M D Horse
Transport. If driver has to wait,
$25.00 per hour will be charged starting with the second
hour.
