In 1961 Art Carlson started a small food vending business named A & R Meats. Art had a bigger dream he wanted to design and sell his own carts, so after much hard work and dedication in 1976 Art renamed his company Art's Carts and begin building his own carts, by 1986 Art was finally able to take on a partner to help market and design Art's Carts. Art's new partner was Jonathan Dewegeli, and together they worked to make Art's Carts a quality name in food vending carts. In 2000 Art passed away leaving his company in the trusted hands of his partner Jonathan. Our name was changed to A & J Manufacturing (Art & Jonathan Manufacturing).
