This is but a small introduction to the spiral periodic table. In presenting this picture I do so more as a fellow student with an interest in discussing it further and exploring with others its possible implication for chemistry, especially soil science. I do not suggest I have any complete understanding of its interpretation. Instead I have looked into it for some time and have only so far in its interpretation. There are several insights useful for this diagram however it takes a lot to present these coherently and in the necessary context. This is partly why I have not presented this earlier; the necessary text to accompany it will take some time to produce. So here is only a quick overview of my understanding.

The spiral periodic table should be seen in relation to the other pictures presented on this site. The “Apple of Life” fits perfectly over the top of this diagram, while all of the implications and inferences drawn from the “World and Personal Manifestations “diagram can also be placed directly upon this picture as well.

I start with Hydrogen at the centre and spiral out from there. Each layer of the periodic table does relate to each layer of our creative reality described by the Astrological model and the “Apple of Life”. i.e. Hydrogen in the centre is the one fold level, the Lithium Beryllium, B,C,N,O,Fl ring is the pre-manifestation polarised twofold layer, the Sodium, Magnesium, Al, Si,P,S,Cl layer relates to the 3 fold layer of the physical bodies, while the K,Ca,Sc,Va -Ger,Ti,Ar,Se,Br, layer related to the fourfold etheric body layer and so on.

This places the elements within the ‘sphere’ of activity to which it might relate.

Once anything is placed upon a circle rather than a rectangle, we can begin to apply several rules, which relate to circles. Firstly we can divide the circle into the two axis of vertical and horizontal. This provides us with an orientation of vertical spirit axis and the horizontal matter plane. From RS we have understood that the vertical axis of manifestation is maintained as a polarity between the Ego/Spirit pole above and the physical pole below. The horizontal plane is maintained through the polarity of the Etheric pole and the Astral pole. The question of which of these should be on the right or the left remains. In “Astrological Science” I will outline the archetypal order of this pattern, however this is not yet ready for the net, so we can approach this from another angle.

The Ego/Spirit pole produces burning acidic conditions wherever it works too strongly in biological systems. RS tells us also that it is carried into matter by Hydrogen. It seems appropriate to place the H, Fl, Cl arm on the vertical Ego/Spirit arm due to these relationships.

As we are dealing with physical manifest matter I felt it appropriate to place it upon an anticlockwise spiral, which ultimately follows the path of the physically manifest zodiac we see in the sky.

The question still lingers as too where the Etheric and Astral poles should be placed. On the right hand side you will note the intense compound of elements just below the horizontal axis. ( I apologise these have not come out well in the transfer, we will redo this in the future.) These elements you will note are the trace elements found to be central in the development of amino acids and proteins. RS has made us aware that the protein formation processes active in biological organisms is as a result of the presence of the Astral body. It therefore seems appropriate to place the Astral body on the right hand side of this diagram.

You will note the Cation elements especially associated with the proper functioning of the etheric body Na, K, Ca Mg are therefore place in the zone of the Etheric body.

This therefore provides us with the primary spiritual body orientation of the periodic table.

One other phenomenon that arises from the circle is the phenomena of polarity relationships. Therefore the arms of the table do not stand in isolation, they form a creative polarity with the elements opposite them. The most marked relations to observe is the Ca, Mg arm opposite the O,S,Se arm. These are all elements intimately connected to the proper functioning of the etheric body in manifest biological organisms.

I should point out that the World and Personal manifestations diagram identified the vertical and horizontal axis as indicating the World manifestations of the bodies while the in-between ‘mutable’ axis indicate the activities of the personalised manifestations of these bodies as they occur in the four kingdoms of nature.
