The alternate histories in this site are grouped according to the time period in which the Point of Divergence occurred. What this means is that even if a story (for example) is set in the year 2000 but the PoD occurred way back in the tenth century then that alternate history can be found on the page covering the tenth century (i.e. Early Medieval). Because the majority of alternate histories tend to be of more recent origin in their PoDs the sections below get increasingly shorter in their time-spans in order to make navigation easier.
