Thank you for your enquiry. I enclose some details of the accommodation, as requested, and also
 some information about the locality.
 Please note that for the comfort of all our guests and in accordance with our insurers'
 requirements this is a no smoking household.

If you wish to reserve the accommodation for your holiday, please do so by telephone 44(0)1326 280216.
 This should be followed by the completed booking form and a cheque made out to `J.Goodwill' for the
 deposit, to reach me within five days of the telephoned reservation.
The deposit required is £50 and is non-refundable. The balance is to be paid one month before the
 starting date of the holiday and in the event of cancellation is only refundable if the accommodation
 can be re-booked.

Unfortunately I must also ask for a separate £50 security deposit to be sent at the same time as the
 payment of the balance. This will be returned to you within one week of your departure provided the
 accommodation has been left in good order.
