Prolong
As I awaiting my death from the vampire hunter. For I am vampire who is the daughter of a king and queen. Now  wait for them to carry this sentence upon me. In my case death by a stake. Stake?. Why a stake you might ask. For I am undead,a blood thirsty murder that hungers for blood,a demon that is hunted like a thief in the night. For I sit in this tower of own home and treated like common criminal of my own home,a home I've grown up in since birth. Now I will never see my love again or see my regain as future queen.  For this is my story of going against all odds for love and hardships I've faced with my love by my side. For this is my last  words that I write ever again and I've never be able to achieve anything my parents raised me up to do. I can hear the footsteps of the vampire hunter and my parents now,coming to end my life on this earth. I walk over to the window I can see mist raising from the ground as dawn approaches and wait a minute I can see movement down below me. It's just the people to see my "public" death to bear witness of those who disobey them. Blood tears are running down my face and wish my love was here to die with me but he is not. They murder him and murderous beasts killed the man who loved me. A man who gave his life for me and now my life will be taken. I looked back down and I see... it can't be... couldn't... it's ..... it's .... my love......

 Chapter1
  My name is Carlanne,heir to English throne. My parents are named Elizabeth and Jacob were married to have alliance with France or Germany. One of those countries,i think from what my the nobles say. My father and mother need a child to be heir to the throne. Me. I was born on Christmas eve of 1827. They say my parents were overjoyed that a child survive during child birth. For I was the only child that survived it all the others died and my parents made a big deal by me being born. Many nobles,dukes,dutchess,princesses,princes,and other nobility came to see to me and bring gifts to me. My parents were all ready making arrangements for my future wedding to another country to keep peace or have alliance in case of a war. Then a wizard came intro the room and the room became silent. You could hear a pin drop on the floor and he walked with purpose up to my parent's seats. He bowed before them and began to speak.
"Your highness I've seen you're daughter's future. She will fall in love with prince of another country but he will be different from all the suitors will ask your daughters hand in marriage. He will be undead,a demon that sucks blood from the living. a vampire.He will have great power and money to offer you for your daughter's hand. Be warned he's very smart."
The whispers could he hear through out the room as he spoke his last words of warning to my parents
 "Are you sure about this wizard maybe you are wrong about our daughter"my father said.
 "Your highness I wish I was wrong but I am not wrong about this"he said
"When this so person... vampire come?"asked my father.
 "The eve of her 16th birthday he will step forward to ask her hand in marriage"the wizard said.
"There is no way to destiny or the future your hightnesses"he said bowing before them again and leaving the room.
 Everyone in the room was shocked to hear this and everyone said that they would prayed that this monster will not come. Years would pass and everyone forgot about the words of the wizard on that fateful day 15 yrs. ago. Now I am 16yrs of age and I must chose a suitor to marry. A loveless marriage. In my mind if I was to be marry to man I don't even know it would be a loveless marriage. Without love a marriage could survive long. I wish my parents would not force me into marrying someone man I don't think or for that manner love. I wish I could that someone and maybe .....  That's fool talk my parents would always say to me. A knock came at my door.
"Princess your parents are waiting for you"said a voice.
"Come in Sara"i said.
Sara is a my best friend and even through she is my surest I treat her with respect. Even though my parents did not agree with me doing this I really don't care what they  think anymore.
"Princess come on you're late for your own birthday party"she said walking into the room.
"Sara must I attend this birthday and again the same routine too"i said rolling my eyes.
 "Princess please come in before you're father gets really angry at me"Sara with fear in her voice.
 I hated to hear fear in her  voice when she always mentions my  father.
"Ok"i said to her getting up off the bed.
 I walked out of the room and walked down the hallway.As I made my way to the ballroom I could feel someone watching me. The guards opened the door for me and I walked all the way to my mother and father's throne
 "Mother,Father"i said taking my seat.

Chapter 2
As the party wore on I started to very bored and very angry. Each time a suitor came up to my parents I had to dance with him.My feet hurt from this dancing'i said to myself. After dancing with about 20-35 suitors 'I was fed up with this party. But a certain young man caught my attention. He stood about 7 feet and he was dressed in the finest silks and his hair was deep brown just like mine.He's eyes were darkest green I've ever seen and he had well muscled back,arms and legs too.But what a nice backside what am I thinking. He walked over to my parents and I walked down to him.
"Nice to meet you my lady"he said to me then kissing my hand.
 I mere nod at him.
 "May I have this dance princess?"he asked me.
"Yes you may"i said to him.
 My parents had smiles across their faces as he escorted me to the floor. I was held with his eyes like I was in trance and I could not break eye contact from him.
 He lend me to the center of the floor and I could follow his lend. We slowed danced the rest of the night much to the approval of my parents. As I looked into his eyes were deepest shade of green I've seen in my life and my body melted to his as we danced. Many of the suitors were jealous of him that he managed to get my afflcations.
'He's taller than any other man in this room other than my father'i commented to myself
 As the night wore on I felt drawn to him like an invisible power pulling me to him and I could not break myself free from him.
'Soon very soon she'll be mine forever'he commented to his self as he danced with me.
 After the last dance we bowed at each other. I turned and walked back to my seat beside my parents who seemed to be very pleased with the turn of events. I sat down beside my mother who had seemed to be beaming with happiness and my father who had a smile on his face.
"I see that a young suitor has caught you're attention"My mother commented to me
"He has mother and I feel like he's been destined for me"I said to her.
 That comment made my mother raise any eyebrow and then smile. I smiled back at her and felt like my mother understood me finally. My father stood up from his seat and motioned for me to stand beside him.
"Tonight my friends Carlanne has become a young lady and with that I give her my blessing"He said to the crowd.
I could only stand there right beside him with a smile and nod approval. After the speech my mother gave to my father's left side and she waited until silence graced the room.
"Tonight my daughter has become a lady and I give her my blessing. Plus I would like for the young suitor who has captured my daughter's heart and has earned her affections please come forward" she said.
 I saw him walked slowly up the throne and our eyes locked instantly walked half way to him and he extend his hand. I accepted and we together walked up to my parents. He lent before my parents and he stepped back from them.
"Your highness with you're blessing I would like to court you're daughter Carlanne,my name is Mark Callaway of France"He said with deep accent that made my skin tingle.
 'No man's voice has made me tingle like this before'I said to myself.
Then he stood  before me and again our eyes locked .
"Would you give me the honor to court you Carlanne?"He asked me.
"Yes"i said below a whisper to him.
 He stood up and pulled me into his arms and lowered his lips to mine. It  was the most tenderness kiss I've ever had and I wrapped my arms around his neck.Cheers from the crowd mainly from the men and he pulled from the kiss. I looked into his eyes and I saw his eyes glow unnatural color.
'My eyes must be playing tricks on me'I said staring into his eyes.
 Then his eyes were normal again and a chill went down my back that made I shudder with fear. I unlocked my arms from around his neck and I walked toward my parents.
"Mother,Father i'm very tried may I retire early?"I asked them.
 'Please say yes'i prayed to myself as I wanted for their answer.
 "Yes my daughter you do look little pale and are you feeling  alright?"My mother said to me.
"No I feel like i'm coming down with a cold"I said lying to her.
'No I really want to get away from him and the sooner the better'i said to myself.
"I'm sorry to hear that princess,i was hoping to that you would like to take walk outside in your rose garden with me"He said in a pouring voice.
  Just the sound of his voice seemed like I was under some kind of spell or something. My body could not obey me and break free of this spell he had over me.
"I would be delighted to take a walk in my rose garden with you"I said to him.
 'Why in the hell did I just say that' I wondered to myself.
He extended his hand to me I accepted willing and we walked out of the room. His hands were cold as ice and made me shiver with fear.'Is a murder or something'i wondered to myself as we walked to the door that lend to the gardens. The cool breeze of the air blew through my hair making it flow back behind me. As we walked into the rose garden his hand was still cold as ice and I was trying to keep my wits about me but I couldn't. Soon we came to a bench in the middle of the rose garden and smell of roses filled the air and this somewhat claimed me.
"Well Carlanne this garden is very beauitful"he said never taking his eyes off me.
"Thank you Mark"I said to him unlooking at him.
I was looking straight ahead I was won't fall under his spell with his eyes. Soon I felt him place his left hand on my hand and turn my my face to face him.
'Oh no i'm done for'i said to myself.
As I looked into his eyes I felt like I was under a trance  and was unable to break it. Then I took his hand into mine without even realizing it and with his other hand pulled closer to him.My pulse started to race and  my heart felt like it was going to come out of my body. I could feel his chest rise up and down,hishead lower down to mine.HIs lips felt so cool on mine and  without controlling what I was doing I put my arms around his neck to deepened to kiss.In response he moved my head up to kiss my neck. I felt like I was on cloud nine and everything around me didn't matter but him and me at this point in time.
'My God I've never felt like this before'i said to myself as he placed soft kisses down my neck and he moved himself closer to me.
'I must fed now  without hurting her'he said to himself as his fangs slowly came down.
 Slowly his fangs came down  until they were touching my skin on my neck.Then in the midst of my pleasure I was feeling I felt something bite me on my neck until the pain become unbearable for me.
"AAAHHHHHHH"i cried out but he covered my mouth so my screams could not be heard by anyone in the castle.
Soon I passed out and he withdrew his fangs from my neck and his fangs dripped with blood. He licked his fangs and bit his tongue. He placed a kiss on the bite and it vanished within seconds. He held my limp body in his arms and he lowered his lips to my ears.
"You'll never remember this moment,like this never happened"he whispered in my ear.
Then he started to rip his shirt and jacket to make it look like something attacked us while in the garden. Then he ripped my dress at the sleeves and took off one of my shoes to make it look really good. Then he grabbed some dirt and rubbed up and down his clothing like he had wrestled with someone and took our my hair as well. He messed it up and placed dirt all over me too and then he carried to me to door that lend to the castle.

Chapter 3
After carrying my limp body to door I started to move his arms. Slowly I opened my eyes to find myself in his arms and I straggled to get out of his arms.
"Let me go"I said jumping out of his arms
I stared at him with hatred of trying to make advantage of me in my weaken state.
"Princess I saved you from being attacked by wild beast that laid in waiting for us while we walking in the garden.Luckly I was there to save you"He said to me.
Just then several guards and my father appeared in the doorway and they looked at our attire. Unreadable stars were on their faces and their eyes were unreadable too.
"Father this man just saved my life"I said stepping toward my father.
"Saved from what?"My father asked me.
"A  wild beast that laid and waiting for a victium"I said told my father.
My father still had a disbelief on his face and he looked at Mark with a deadly look.
"No father it's not like that he risked his life to save me instead of treating like a common crimmal you've be thanking him for saving my life"I said to him looking him in the eyes.
With a deep sly his eyes become normal and he walked over to Mark.
"I owe you my daughter's life and i'm in  you're debut "My father to said.
"What's happened here?"My mother running out to us.
My mother's eyes looked at me then back at Mark. Then I saw hatred fill her eyes and she prepared to speak.
"Wife it's not like that at all his young man just saved our daughter's life and we owe him greatly"My father said to her easing her troubled mind.
In the midst of all this I began to fell lightheaded. I lend against the wall for support and my hand to went to my head.A cold sweat was going down my face and started to fall forward. Seeing this Mark ran to caught me from falling on the ground and soon darkness claimed me.
"Carlanne"My parents cried out.
"What's wrong with her?"they asked Mark.
"She just fainted and we need to get her inside the castle to her rest"Mark said said to them.
Carefully he got up with my limp body in his arms with my parents at his side walked into the castle. They walked in silence all the way to my room. 'Damn maybe I took too much of her blood'he through to his self as he carried me in his arms.My arms hung lifeless like I was dead,but I wasn't it. Soon they arrived at my room and Mark strait to my bed and laid me down on it. He sat at my side and held my hand in his. My parents watched from the doorway and oder for a cold cloth to be brought me at once.Then they left the doorway to entertain their guests at the party.
"Princes,Princess please wake up"Mark said to me.
He kissed my hand and held to his hear t  which started to beat.
'My heart has never beated since I become a vampire now it beats this is totally strange'he commented to himself.
 In the midst of talking to himself my friend Sara came into the room with a cold cloth that was requested by my parents.
"Pardon me my highness I need attend to Carlanne if I may?"Sara asked him.
Mark turned to his head to find Sara in the doorway holding a cold cloth.
"You may"Mark said to her letting go of my hand.
"Thank you kind sir"Sara walking into the room.
Sara walked passed him and lend down beside me. She placed the cold cloth on my head and said a prayer to God to watch over me and bring me back.
After saying this prayer Sara looked over at Mark. Great fear filled her body and she started to tremble greatly.
"Dear child you need not fear me"Mark said to her.
"How do you know I fear you kind sir?"Sara asked him.
"I know by looking into you're eyes kind child"Mark to her.
I started to moan and move my head. I opened my eyes to find myself in my room with Sara at my side and Mark standing in front of my bed.
"Sara"i said in a whisper.
Sara turned her eyes from him and looked down at me. Tears filled her eyes and I smiled up at her.
"Sara don't cry i'm fine really i'm fine"i said to her.
"You gave me a scare Carlanne and I didn't know if you were on you're dead bed"Sara said to me.
"I don't look that bad Sara"I said to her
"You did look bad when I came in here"Sara to me.
"Where's Mark Sara?"I asked her
"Right here"Mark said
"Mark I would like you to meet Sara my friend"I said to him.
He walked over Sara and extend his hand. Sara was what afraid to shake his hand but she didn't let him know about it.
"Nice to meet Mark"Sara said to him
"Nice to meet Sara"Mark said her.
After shaking hands Sara dismissed herself to her other chores that need to be done.
'OK that guy remains me of someone in my dreams' Sara said to herself as she walked out of my room.
 After leaving the room Mark to my side of the bed and sat down. I looked at him and I couldn't read any emotions on his face whatsoever. A single tear ran down his face and dropped on my face.
"I'm glad you're wake Princess,i through you would never wake up"Mark said to me.
'He actually cares for me'i said to myself.
Slowly tears started to form and fall slowly down my face like someone opened the flood gates on me. With his hand he wiped the tears away and took my hand into his.
"Thank you for saving my life"i said to him
"Your welcome Prin"he said before I interrupted him
"Don't call me Princess,Mark call me Carlanne"i said to him
"OK Carlanne"he said.
"Thank you Mark for calling me by my first name"i said to him
"Why do you hate being called Princess?"he asked me.
"Well it's makes me feel like I have to bossy like my parents and I hate it  when the common people tremble at my feet er my parents feet"i said to him.
"It seems that the common people see you as another tyrant to rule to the land please don't take this as bad mouthing your parents"he said me
"I'm not actually it's good to hear people have opinions not agree with my parents on everything"i said to him
Mark took my hand into his and he lowered his lips to mine. It  was the second most softest kiss I've heard felt in my life and I wanted so bad to put my arms around his neck and deepen the kiss but I was to weak to do so this moment.Soon he pulled back from our passionate kiss we just shared and our stared into each other's eyes.
"Mark why do I feel so weak?"i asked him
"The creature that attacked you  wasn't human"he said to me
"What do you mean not human?"i asked him
"What I mean by the not human is that it  was a vampire coming to fed it's hunger of blood"he said to me
"A vampire oh my god"i said
"What Carlanne?"he asked me
"It's the foretelling by the wizard when I was born he warned them that man who seemed to be human but in actually is vampire will come for my hand in marriage and make me his for eternity said to him
I could see his widen eye in this revelation by me but then a smile acrossed on his lips.
"Why are you smiling Mark?"i asked him fear starting to build in me
"The reason I am smiling that I looked down at the most beautiful woman  I've ever seen in my life'he said to me
A light blush came on my checks and I felt heat from my toes to my head.
"Thank you Mark for the comment surely you've seen more beautiful women than me in your  travels"i said to him
"I have but none of them have grace of young princess with beauty and brains to with you"he said to me
"Thank you but i'm younger than you"i said to him
"Not really"he said to me
He let go of my hand and walked over to the window closet to my bed. His heart and mind were fighting for control now.
'should I tell what really happened to her or should just make her mine now'he said to himself he looked out the window.
 A soft breeze blew through my window  which made his hair blow behind him and I could see that his hands were grabbing the ledge for dear life it looked like to me. Gathering of all my strength I got up from my bed and slowly walking over to him. I was walking like toddler with baby steps finally it seemed like eternity until he got to him. I touched his shoulder and he turned around to see me.
"What's wrong Mark?"i asked him with concern in my voice
"You don't  want to know Carlanne"he said to me
He turned around and tried to look out the window again I pulled him around to face me.
"Yes I do want to know Mark i'm your future wife"i said to him
"If I told you wouldn't want to talk nor see me ever again"he said to me
"What's so terrible that you can not tell me?"i asked him
"It  will you make you make get sick"he said to me
"Mark I beg you tell me what's so terrible that you won't tell me you're future wife"i said to him
Tears were now coming down my face and I could feel my  tears going down my chin to my dress.
"Please Please tell me I beg you"i said to him pleading with him
"OK Carlanne"he said to me
He picked me up and carried me to my bed. He sat right next to me and I saw him take a deep breathe before speaking.
"Carlanne what i'm able to tell you will make you never to talk nor  want anything to do with me anymore"he said to me
I took my hand into his and held it for dear life. I felt him take in a very deep breathe before he spoke again.
"I'm not human Carlanne"he said to me
"What do you mean you're not human yes you are human just like I am"i said to him
"Yes I am human but i'm human  but I don't live like a human does"he said to me
"What do you mean you don't live like a human does?"i asked him
"I'm a vampre"he said to me
"NOOOOOOOOOOOO you're the one that the wizard spoke of"i said to him
Great fear  willed up in my soul and I started to move from him. Fear that was willed up inside me was leashed and I started to shake very violently.
"Yes I am the vampire the wizard told your parents at your birth Carlanne"he said to me
Then I made fists with my hand and started to hit him with all strength that processed in this body. But he kept his face up so I could not hit and I use him like a punching bag.I kept hitting hit repeatedly until tears started to come down my face. Tears of fear,sorrow,love,and finally sadness I stopped hitting him. When I stopped hit him and he never raised his hand to hit me nor want to to get back at me for hitting him. With tears going down my face I undid the fist and I touched his face.His face fely was cool against my hand and felt like silk almost. He grabbed my hand very lightly and he helped my hand go around his face.
'My lover is a vampire'i said myself in sorrow
Then I looked down unable to look him in his eyes. With his other hand he titled my chin which had me look into his eyes.He held my hand to his right check then he brought it to his lips. He kissed the top part of my hand and rubbed his right check against it. I just sat there in wonder and in love. In love that this man was a vampire,a vampire that can love human. Tears still came down my face and I lend up so I could kiss him. My lips were on his in a soft tender kiss and he in turn wrapped his arms around me to hold me against him. He could hear my heartbeat in his ears so he unwrapped his arms from around me and he pulled back from the kiss. The kiss left me breathless for couple of moments after he pulled back. I put my arms around his neck and started to cry. He placed his neck on my shoulder and held me to him.
"I'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry"i cried
"No Carlanne i'm the one who should be sorry not you"he said to me
"I didn't know how to tell you without risking losing you"he added
"Mark I love you with all my heart even through this is the first time I ever felt this way"i said to me
"I know my love i'm totally in love with you i'm willing to die for you if the need araises"he said to me
"Carlanne, Carlanne, Carlanne"he said to me
He looked over at my neck and he looked back quickly trying not to awaking his hunger. He kept looking at my neck and he felt his hunger  waken now
'I must fed now'he said his self.
He pushed me away from him and I landed right on my pillows behind me and looked at him. His eyes were total different color than they were moments before.They glowed like inhuman glow that scared me.
"Mark what's wrong?"i asked him
"Carlanne my hunger has woken my love and I must fed"he said to me
He climbed off the bed and started towards to the door. I had to make a decision now whether to give him my blood freely or let him kill something innocent.
My mind was telling me not to but my heart  was telling me something different.
'What should I do?"i asked myself
Then it came to me and I got off the bed. I ran to him and grabbed his right hand. I turned him around to me and I took a deep breathe.
"Mark I know you need fed,take some of my blood to end that hunger in you"I said to him
I moved my hair my neck and showed him my neck.I looked into his eyes and I saw his eyes turned bright red color.Mark grabbed me very harshly and sunk his fangs into my neck.
"ARG Mark"I moaned
I heard him breathing pleasurably while holding me against his chest and it hurt me as he drank my blood.Pain was filling my neck at this point in time and wrapped my arms around his neck to stay up right.In course of all this I felt myself becoming very weak and lightheaded again,everything around me was becoming black and dots started appear in front of me.
"Mark stop please"I begged him before I blacked out
After the darkness came me,Mark carried me over to my bed to rest. He lend me down ever carefully and sat at my side until dawn forced him to leave my side.
"I'll return at sunset"he whispered in my ear
Even through my eyes were not open I still could hear him speaking to him and  with me in this state of rest I could not speak to him which upset me very much.I felt him brush a few straits of my hair away from my face and place on cool soft kiss on my check before he left my room.
"Mark "I moaned
He turned around to look at me one last time before leaving. He ran down the stairs and until he got an old passageway that lend him to his resting place for the day until the sunset. Slowly I opened I rubbed my eyes and I looked around my room. The sun was brightly shining in my room and I could hear footsteps coming to my room.I quickly cover myself off my blanket and sat up against the my pillows. My mother,father,and my best friend Sara entered the room.
"Good Morning Mother,Father,and Sara"I said to them
"Good Heavens Carlanne you're as pale as a ghost"my mother said walking quickly to me
"Mother i'm fine I guess that creature that attacked me took more of my blood than expected"i said to her
All the color seemed drain out of her face that my comment and I secretly smiled at this.
' I'm smiling like this I've never smiled like this before'i said to myself.
"Father please find this creature before it kills someone very dear to us"My mother said to my father
"It shall be done"My father said
"Also father do you know  were Prince Mark went by an chance?"i asked my father
A smiles appeared on my parents faces and also on Sara's as well. I felt my face burn with blush of knowing my true feelings towards him and giggled very softly too.
"I don't know Carlanne and why do you ask"my father said
"Well I want to thank him for saving my life last night"i said to my father
"I see you're not the one who wants to thank him my daughter"My father said to me
"Princess"Sara said
"Yes Sara"i said kindly to her
"Princess would like me to help you out of bed and get ready for you're schooling this morning?"Sara asked me blinking me
"Yes that  would be nesscary"i said to her
"Mother,Father can excuse me I need to get freshen up for today"i said to them
"OK Carlanne"they both said
With that they walked out of the room and closed the door behind them. I threw back my blanket  that covered my evening dress from last night and Sara helped me off the bed.
"Thanks Sara"i said to her
"No Problem Carlanne"Sara said to me
"You're mother is right about you looking very pale"Sara commented
"I know that creature must of taken to much of my blood"i said to her
"What creature takes only blood from it's victums"Sara wondered
"A creature that feds on blood to survive and the creature is a vampire Sara"i said to her
'It's tearing up my heart to talk about Mark like that my very being wants to with him'i said to myself
"A vampire Carlanne I think you're losing it"Sara said
"I'm very serious Sara what creature feds only on blood and doesn't kill"i said to her
Then my mind wonder back to Mark, as we share our first kiss and our first slow dance.
"Carlanne earth earth calling Carlanne"Sara said
"What did you say Sara?"I asked blindly
"Jeez girl you got it bad"Sara said tensely
"I know girl"I said to her
"OK Carlanne let's get you ready for you're school shall we"Sara said to me
Meanwhile in his death sleep Mark could hear my and Sara's conversation. He readied her mind and her heart  which told him that she loves him.
'I wish I could see her in daytime and be with her'he thought to his self
Now he was in turmoil now he was sent to her to take as his bride and not fall in love with her but now he was falling in love with her. He had chose between his people or her and he couldn't see himself just take all her blood and then make her like  a vampire. He couldn't now he just couldn't do it.
' I have a mission to fulfill and I will fulfill it,but break the heart of the woman I love at this cause'he said
Meanwhile after getting dressed for my schooling I was left alone in my room. I was thinking about Mark the love of my life who is a vampire come to fulfill the prophesy that was spoke of at my birth and my heart  was broking. I through over and over again that I was in a nightmare that I was going to woke up anytime now,but I pinch myself.
'This isn't a nightmare it's real'i said
Tears were forming in my eyes at this point I wanted him to comfort me and tell me this isn't real this isn't happening. That he wasn't  a vampire that he was human and he wasn't here to fill full this prophesy and he wasn't using me. All those fears filled my mind and made me more upset than ever. It felt like I was being torn in two inside me that he's not using me that he loves me. Soon I was interrupted my tutor who was here to teach everything from sitting to history and I went to be tutor for most of the day. After several hours of my tutoring lessons I was tried from all my schooling and went upstairs to my room to sleep still weak from Mark taking some of my blood.Soon I was entered my room and I laid on my bed and fell fast sleep.

Chapter 4
After many hours of sleep I awake to very deep voice calling my name and I slowly opened my eyes.
"Mark"i said happily
I jumped into his arms and he held me. But this time was different somehow and I couldn't put my finger on it. I didn't care right now I was in the arms of my lover of the night Mark who had taken my heart  when we first met last night.
I pulled back from our embrace and I looked into his eyes. His eyes were blood shoot and very red around the pupil.
"Why are your eyes so bloodshot?"i asked him
"I've been been crying Carlanne"he said to me
He pulled away from me and sat few inches from me.
"Why did you pull away from me Mark?"i asked him
"The reason I pulled away is that i'm putting you in danger and the danger is me"he said to me
His words seemed to cut me at my heart and I was confused about his actions toward me. Now thoughts became to raced through my mind and I took a deep breathe to hold back any emotion that I was feeling at this moment.
"You're not a danger to me Mark"i said to him
"Yes I am Carlanne and you are blind not to see me as a threat to your life"He said very hushly
"How dare you say I am blind to this Mark and do you not see what this is doing to my heart Mark do you"i cried at him
I could feel my temper rising and my heart beginning to race out of control now. Silently I started to count to ten to calm myself now and not speak out of anger either what ever it took I wasn't going to say anything that I would later to regret.
"Yes I do Carlanne and I can't bear to see it in your eyes either"he said to me
"What are you saying Mark?"i asked him
I looked into his eyes and his eyes told me the story. Great  sorrow  filled my heart and my body. I could feel tears to fill my eyes at this point and fought  with great self-control to not to cry right in front of him.
"I'm saying that...."he was about to finish his sentence when I cut him off.
"Mark don't you have any "normal"blood that course through your body during the daytime hours?"i asked him
Hope against hope that he did have some normal blood coursing through his veins so we could see each other during the daytime and also nighttime just before he would go out feeding. He raised his eyebrows at me and his look started to softly quiet bit in the last few moments. I could see in his eyes a simmer of hope in them and I got an idea in my mind.
"It's possible Carlanne why do you ask"he asked me
"The reason i'm asking is because I know few spells to consumer your human blood during the daytime and at night you could be a vampire,my love"i said to him
His mouth seemed to fall open at this point and I could allot of confusion in them. I smiled in satisfaction at this and I took a deep breathe to him of my plan for him.Soon I began to tell him all about my training as a witch behind my parent's back and I was very skilled in it. Plus I told him about my plan for him and he just sat there listening to me.Only once or twice he would ask me questions about certain things and I would answer his questions with the simplest form possible. After explaining my plan to him and he seemed all right with this.
"Are you sure this is going to work Carlanne?"he asked me with uncertainly in his voice
"Yes i'm positive Mark have you looked at Sara"i said to him
"No why"he said
"Well Sara is a vampire just like you and she's under some spells to help her control her vampiric lusts, plus I just found out also she's found a mate from another vampire community who wants to marry her,get this he's a prince of Spain"i said to him
"Are you serious Carlanne?"he asked me
"Yes I am sure because Sara said that her wedding will take place several moons from now as she put it"i said to them
"What does she mean by few moons few now?"i asked him
"She means this that a human/vampire must get married on a full moon or blood moon Carlanne"he said to me
"What is a blood moon Mark?"i asked him
"Blood moon is a full moon before all hallows eve"he said to me
I could hear footsteps coming towards my bedroom door and Mark looked into my mind. He saw that I hated when my parents come in my room and tell me to do this and do that with my hair. Mark quickly excited my mind and stood by my bedside. Just seconds later my parents entered my room and smile at them.
"Hello Mother and Father"i said
"Hello King and Queen"he said to them
"Hello Prince Mark and Carlanne I trust we weren't coming in at the wrong time"My Mother said very nasty to me
"No you're not coming at the wrong time mother,father we were just talking how  we many things incommon"i said covering up our conversation
"Wonderful that means we can move up the wedding date yes"My father said
"Not yet father we know  what strengths, weakness we have and other things"i said to him
"Every well then my daughter"My mother said sounding defended
"Please don't take this the wrong way mother,father but if I and Mark are going to rule as king,queen of his country we must learn very little thing about each other before we get married"i said to my parents
By the looks on their faces they seemed very displeased with my answer to their questions and I felt very good about myself.
'Finally I stand up to them'i said to myself
With that my parents left the room very displeased with my answers and very displeased of me even answering like that. After they left the room Sara entered the room and she seemed very happier than usual. But I had feeling why she was so happy all the sudden and I wished her the best.
"Hi Sara"i said to her
"Hey Sara"Mark said to her
She only nodded at us and her smile widen on her face. She seemed to be beaming and she could light up the room with her happiness.
"Carlanne I saw your parents leave this room and they seemed very displeased about something"Sara said to me
"Yeah I answered them like I was been disobedient to them,but it felt very goodie said smiling
"I could tell Carlene plus I probed their minds and they have a secret plan in motion now as we speak"Sara said to me
All the color seemed to drain from my face and my jaw drop open. I was in shock and amazement too that Sara could probe minds like that without them knowing it.
"What kind of plan Sara?"Mark asked her
I pushed my lower jaw closed and waited for Sara to answer Mark's question. I held my breathe and my hands started to sweat with waiting for the answer.
'What could this plan be about and does have a direct effect on me anyway'i asked myself
"The plan is to  Mark kill  and have Carlanne marry Prince Matt of Ireland instead"Sara said sadly
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO they can't they won't"i cried out
"I'm sorry Carlanne but it's the truth i'm afarid"Sara said to me
 "Why would they want to kill Mark and then marry me to Prince Matt right after his death"i said almost the verge of tears.
I wanted to cry but nothing came out of my mouth and deep hatred soon entered my heart. Now from this point on my heart is going to be black as night and my mind was already formed very evil intentions on how to deal with this.
'Carlanne don't think about'i heard a voice in my head
"Mark can you get out of my mind"i said to him
"Nope until you stop thinking about evil intentions"he said to me
"Alright alright Mark I'll stop thinking about them"i said lying through my teeth
"That's what he thinks"i snicker under my breathe
"Carlanne you're lying to me and I really hate it when someone lies to me"he said to me
Sara stepped between me and Mark,i looked at her like she was nuts. She stepped between us we won't start to verbally to fight and she stood her ground.
"See Carlanne and Mark this is what they want"Sara said to us
"They want to us fight Sara"i said to her
"But  why?"Mark asked
"The reason for that is this if they see you two arguing or fight in anyway they can see with their that this dating thing isn't right for you two"Sara said to us
"There's only one thing to do"i said to them
"What's that?"Sara and Mark asked me
"Runaway from here and never come back ever"i said to them
"What!!!!!!!!!!"Sara said
"Are you crazy Carlanne and if word gets out that you runaway it's going to be my head for it"Sara said fearing for her life
"No i'm not crazy and it's not going to be your head"i said to her
"What do you mean it's not going to her head Carlanne and what about me have you forgot about me?"Mark asked me
"I mean she's coming with me and I haven't forgot about you my love,we'll going to married before Blood Moon as well"i said to them
Both of their mouths fell open and they stood here staring at me. I got off the bed and walked over to me closet filled with the most beautiful silk dresses ever made for a princess with cloaks to match. I opened the closet and pushed all my dresses aside. On the floor laid my medium sized bag that could hold all my spell books,my clothes,and most importantly my supplies for my spells to work. Smiling wickedly I started to pull it out and pulled some off my dresses that liked with matching cloaks too. Soon my bed was halk filled with clothes,then I used a spell of making things smaller than what they are for the purpose of putting on my spell books in it. Sara and Mark I figured made no attempted to stop me but actually helped me pack.After packing my beg I found my secret stash of money I've been hiding for long while and I put in my bed with my other stuff.
"Carlanne are you sure running away will solve this?"Sara asked me
"Yes i'm sure it will and I will not let my parents kill Mark I rather die for him"i said to her
After saying the room became very silent and you could hear a pin drop from another point in the castle. Sara's mouth dropped opened and all the color in her face disappeared plus Mark stood there in shock of my comment too.
"Carlanne do you really have any idea what you just said?"Mark asked me
"Yes I do have an idea what I just said and I'll repeat it again if you want me to Sara,Mark both ya'll are coming with me and I don't want to have a murders on my hands"i said to him
"I will not have my parents tell me who and who not to marry it's my life"i said to them
"But Carlanne I don't  want to see you kill I love you to much"Mark said to me
"I know my love tonight we will leave and I know all the secret passageways out of this castle"i added
Soon I told Sara and Mark all about my explorations around the castle and how I found out about the passageways by accident. Soon we formed a plan to leave the castle without causing any attention to us as we did so. After hours and hours of planning we decided on time to meet each other,plus my parents wouldn't know a thing without one of us getting caught leaving the castle property.

Chapter 5
After eating dinner with my parents I and Mark went  walking into my rose garden that was atleast a acre or two. We walked hand and in hand i was enjoying the night air and Mark seemed to be in deep throught about something.I figaured it was about our plan to leave the castle tonight after everyone was asleep and i was very nervous /scared as well. The brezze blew through my hair cuasing it to flow right behind me when i walked. The smell of roses filled my nose and i inhaled it. We continued to walk down the pathway and we found a woodren swing that sat in the middle of the garden. We walked up to it and i sat down first. Mark sat down last and i held his hand in mine.The swing made a creaking sound as it  went back and forth,i gathered all my courage to speak to him.
"Mark what's the matter you've not said one word since dinner?"i asked him
"I guess i'm thinking about the plan if it's going to work,my love"he said to me
"It's going to work my lover of the night,opps that didn't come out i'm sorry"i said to him
I felt my checks turn red after i'd said that to him. I put on my hands on my face to cover my blushing checks form him and he pulled my hands into his .His hands felt so cold that i started to get goosebumps on my arms. Then his hands felt hot like heat from my hands were warming his hands up. In the midst of this i heard something in the brushes behind us. I looked away from him to see of i can see the thing that was making all that noise. Then i heard a twing snap in half from someone walking on it. Then i looked back at Mark and i saw his eyes start to glow. The glowing of his eyes reminded me of a wild animal waiting to kill its prey and this started to scare me now.
"Stay here and don't move"he said to me
I merely nod my head at him and he took off after the whatever it was. Then i heard another sound coming from both my right and my left side,then i knew it was a trap for me.
"Mark it's a trap!!!!"i screamed
Then out of nowhere three ot four masked people stood right in front of me and i stood up. I ran to left side and i could hear their footsteps following me.
"Get Her Don't Let Her Get Away"i heard one man yell at the others
I pulled up the skits of my dress and ran faster down the pathway. The sound of my shoes were helping them follow me and i kicked off my shoes quickly as possible.After kicking my shoes off i took off running down the pathway.
'Where's Mark at did he not hear my screams'i said to myself
I ran and ran until i was running out of breathe and i slowed down. I stopped at catch my breathe when i was surrounded the group of men and they started to close in on me.
"Well Well look what we have here boys"one man laughed
"Don't you come near me or unless"i said to him
"Or less what?"the man asked mockly
"You have to deal with us"a deep voice said
The whole group turned around to find Mark and three other people with him. He walked very slowly towards the group and he stopped a few inches from the man. All of sudden the man grabbed me by the thorat and held me against his body. I tried to get out of his grip but he held me even tighter to him and took out a knife out from his pockets.I felt the cold steel of the blade near my neck.
"Now you come any closer i'll cut her throat"the man said
"Mark help me please"i cried to him
Tears were going down my face and started to shake with fear. With his other hand shoke my check and his touch made me want to get sick right then.I turned my head from his hand and bit his hand. I bit down hard on his hand and he let me go.
"Bitch"he said
He hit me across the face and i hit the ground. I tasted my own blood and i touched my lip. I brusted my lip open and he walked evily towards me.Then Mark and the others started to attack the men. The men were ripped apart and their blood with all over the three men. Mark and the masked man had a stare down before fighting and the masked tried everything to hurt him but nothing worked. As the final blowes were delivered i watched as Mark ripped the man's head off his shoulders.Then the others looked up at Mark as he held the head up as prize. I couldn't take it nomore i got sick right there and he turned to me. After few moments i covered my compure and wiped my mouth.
"Are you alright Carlanne?"he asked me as he near me
"No i'm not ok after seeing you rip a man's head off his shoulders like that"i said to him
"This is Adam,Jason,Glen one of townsmen from my country"he said to me
"Nice to meet you, Adam ,Jason,Glen,i wish this was under different time"i said to him
" We know Carlanne"they said to me
" Here's blanket for you so you won't catch cold"Jason said to me
"Thank you"i said to him
"Carlanne you're lip is bleeding"Mark said to me
"I know"i said to him
"How come it took you so long to answer my crying?"i asked him
"I saw the group surround you and i need to get some help"Mark said to me
"You saw the group of men surrounded me and then run after me,you didn't come help to me"i said to him
"Yeah but"he said to me
"No buts Mark i was almost killed tonight and i'm sorry yelling at you"i said to him
"It's ok Carlanne i understand"he said to me
"No it's not ok i should've yelled at you like that it's not called for"i said to him
"We need to leave now"Adam said to us
"What about Sara i can't just leave her Adam she's my friend"i said to Adam
"They're not going to leave me Carlanne"a soft voice said behind me
I turned around to see Sara carrying two bags with her and she had two clocks as well. A rush of relief went through my body and Mark helped me off the ground.We walked over to her and i took my bag,my clock from her. I dropped the blanket down and tied the string that was connected to the hood of it around my neck. I put the hood over my head and i carried my bag on my shoulder. I,Sarah,Mark joined Adam,Jason,Glen in the middle of the field and we started our journey to whatever place in the world.I showed themthe underground passageway to avoid getting caught by the gurads who would be posted near the front gate of the castle. I used a touch from my bag to guide us through the passageway and we near the end of the pathway.
"We must enter through a door that is coming up"i said to the group
After a few seconds we stood right in front of the door and i knocked the door down. I lend the group through the door and to a secert stagecouch that was waiting for us.
"I did runaway a few times i learned from each experience that i need to transprtation to whatever i need to go"i said to the group.
"Hey Chris are you here?"i asked the quiet room
"Yeah who goes there"a voice called back
"You know the little princess who likes runaway"i said to the voice
"Carlanne is that you"a voice called to me
"Yeah it's me and i have guests with me too"i said to the voice
Then Chris came down from his sitting place on the couch and he walked over to the group. His eyes never left Mark's. I could feel tension between the two men right from the start.
"Mark it's not like that all he's other one who helped me keep my powers in check"i said to him
"That's correct Carlanne and Tom would be very proud of you now"Chris said to me
"I know i wish they didn't kill him"i said sadly
"I know how you feel Carlanne"Chris said to me
"Everyone i would like you to meet Chris my mentor"i said to the group.
"Chris this is Sarah my friend,Adam,Jason,Glen and finally the man whom i love with all my heart Mark my husband to be"i said to him
"Nice to meet you all and may i say that Mark man you're the luckiest man in the world"Chris said to him
"Thank you Chris i accpreciate it and may i say it's a pleasure meeting you"Mark said to him
Mark and Chris shook hands and helped the rest of us put our things in the couch. After loading the couch up we all got in the couch and left the secret holding place.I fell asleep in Mark's arms and dreams came to me of our future together.

Chapter 6
A few hours i awoke to find myself in Mark's arms and he was shoking my hair under his hand. I slowly sat up and he sat me back on the seat.After rubbing the sleep out of my eyes i looked around to find everyone was still fast asleep.Sighed and Mark pulled me into his arms. I looked at him as his lips came down upon mine.HIs lips felt so cool against my warm lips and i wrapped arms around his neck to deepen the kiss. He growled slowly and he held against his chest. I could feel my heart in my ears and Mark pulled from the kiss and he looked down at me. I was breathing very heavily and i laid on his chest trying to calm myself down from the kiss we just shared moments ago.
"Carlanne are you alright?"Mark asked me
"Yes i'm be fine and while we were kissing i could hear my own heart beating in my ears"i said catching my breathe
"You could"Mark said to me
"Yes Mark and i have a confess to make"I said
"What would that be?"Mark asked me
"That i was born half human and half vampire,my parents have casted a spell on me to be human completely"I said to him
"You're a vampire my love"Mark said to me
"Yes and now i think i know  we are destined to be together"I said to him
"Yes we are"Mark said to me
"Mark i want us to be married on Blood Moon"I confessed to him
Mark looked at me with dumbfounded look and then his look softened. I saw him smile which reveiled to very sharp pointed fangs of his and i sat back little from him.But then i showed him my fangs which were same the same as his.
"Yes i love to marry you Carlanne"Mark confessed to me
 He pulled out a golden band from his pocket and placed it on my finger. I looked at it  with cursity and love. The ring shuned in the sun and the diamond in the middle shined very more. Then i pulled a ring from inside my cloak and placed it on his finger. We shared a kiss to seal the deal and we pulled back from the kiss.We both smiled at each other and then we looked around at the others. Sara laid in Kane's arms while the other men were lying on the floor with blanket over them and i smiled at Sara and Kane. The couch stopped suddenly and Mark asked Chris why he stopped. But Chris didn't answer Mark's question and i took for a warning.Mark carefully  excited the couch and looked all around the couch for signs of a attack of some nature. Mark heard something in the brushes and he hide behind a tree near by. A figuare came out of the brushes and walked over to the couch. The figuare spoke in another tongue and Mark leaped from out of the brushes.Mark with fangs lowered he grabbed the man from behind and a fight soon followed.Each man trying their best to out do the another but this wasn't working at all,soon they tried of fighting each other.Mark looked at the man with hate and the man looked at Mark with evil smile across his face. Puzzled Mark decided to probe the mind of this man whom he was fighting against. An evil laugh excaped his lips and the man started to mind speak to me.
"Come to me Anne come to me my bride"His voice said in my head
"I'm coming my love"I said thinking it was Mark but i was wrong.
I sat up and walked out of the couch not under my power but under someone else's doing.I found myself standing between Mark and this masked man.
"Carlanne"Mark yelled at me
I looked over at him with confusion and another voice entered my mind. A voice that souded so sweet and yet deadly. The man walked right up to me and grabbed me by the neck. Holding me against him daring Mark to come any closer.
"Mark help me!!!"I cried
"Come any closer she dies"The man hissed
"You touch on hair on her head i'll rip you limb from limb you son of bitch"Mark said in a deadly tone
The man lifted his hand and ran his finger down my check. His touch was making me sick and i wanted to sick right there.
'I must get away from this man before he kills me anyway'I said to myself
After thinking for few seconds a idea entered my mind and i took a deep breathe before acting out my plan.
"Take this you son of bitch"I screamed at him
I lefted my left leg and connected with his mid section. His grap sooned and i ran from him.
"Bitch"The man said under his breathe
The man took out a knife and aimed it for me. I ran to Mark with everything i had and i felt something hit in my back.
"AAAHHH"I cried before i hit the ground
"Got ya'll bitch"The man said
Markk ran to me and knelt down before me.I turned my head and with my left eyes i saw him.
"Mark help me"I said in a harished whispered
Mark ran his finger down my check and then looked back at the man with great hatrd. An uneartly hiss exscaped his lips as he ran towards the man. The man had no time to aim hisself as Mark ran running towards him. Soon Mark ripped the man limb from limb leaving no remains of him and Mark saw the man's blood on his hands. With a throught the blood strated to go through his skin and great strenght entered his body. After that Mark walked back to me and knelt down beside me.
"This is going to hurt"Mark said
"Ok"I said to him
