In 1998, at the American Okinawan Karate Association's Open Karate Championships directed by Master Ralph Passero and held annually in honor of Grandmaster Don Nagle, 10th Degree Red Belt Isshin Ryu Karate, Master Bob Long, a disciple of the late Grandmaster Peter Siringano, Sr., was formally recognized by the Legendary Grandmaster's in attendance and the World Head of the Family Sokeship Council as Grandmaster Soke Head of his own systems - Goshin Do Kempo Nagai Ryu Karate and Samurai Nagai Ryu Jiu-Jitsu and awarded the rank of 10th Degree Red Belt. |

ceremony was presided over by Grandmaster Don Nagle. The proclamation
was read and the belt presented to Grandmaster Bob Long by Grandmaster
Vincent Marchetti, 10th Dan Michi Budo Ryu.
