I want to have a convention in California....here on the beautiful West COast....I figure we can plan it a year in advance to let everyone save and make early reservations for CHEEP rates. Alot of you have never been this way, and I think it would be a beautiful place to do it....there are lots of thrift stores & swap meets, and perhaps we can go up to San Jose on a road trip for a thrift store extravaganza....I hear there is a whole row of them, sounds like heaven....would anyone want to come to San Diego, California for a convention? Start putting in RSVPs now, and Ill get it up and going for
next summer, July 2000.

I am thinking perhaps July 10-20 of 2000. At one of the following hotels: The Hotel Del Coronado, The Hyatt in La Jolla, or the one in Mission Bay, a weeks rental in a beachfront condo? I dunno... anyone with ideas, please let me know... and if you want on the list, let me know. And, also, those of you that plan to make it a road trip, see who is on your way out, and work out carpolling ideas.
