KAMPKRUSTY!!

Welcome to the spot devoted to the seedier side of the UOV! Namely, the all so infamously well known event as Kamp Krusty! For those of you who haven't attended the Ottawa Indians Summer Tourney at Twin Elms Rugby Park, Nepean, Ont. for the past three years, you've missed quite the scene. Kamp Krusty is the epitome of all that makes rugby a social event. K.K. is a three day orgy of alcoholicly enhanced senses and hung-over, pint-at-the-sidelines-at-ten-in-the-morning, running-lines-with-a-pitcher-in-hand, naked-in-the-hot-tub-at-five-in-the-morning, co-ed-naked-rugby-playing, and social interacting between clubs that could make even the strongest liver whimper!

Kamp Krusty, across from the partying, is actually the campsite for our club at the Indians Summer Tournament. And it is ALWAYS located at the end of the National Pitch, well within stumbling distance of the cornfield for those early morning heaves! Even though the UOV has been attending the Indians tourney for quite a while, this has only been the third official year of Kamp Krusty(it took us that long to make the second banner!), but you can bet on there being a lot more!

This year saw the UOV at peak performance giving a stellar effort against some of the strongest sides to ever grace the Indians summer tourney.  Of course, good ol' Krusty was there to cheer us on each morning as we stumbled from our tents to the coolers for those early morning refreshments.  AS well, some old friends showed up in good form to keep us company.  Montana and his WHORS (Washington Handsome Overweight Ruggers Side), a team consisting of 13 props and two unfortuneate backs, was there to keep us company, as well as good old Greggy from Bytown, who didn't seem to find any underage girls to keep him company this year.  THere were female friends too this year, good old Jules who happened to be crowned this year's Miss Kamp Krusty, but left before we could give her an appropriate "initiation"!  As well those silly things from Markham, Guelph, and Toronto, Being Johnny, Dewi, and first year Amy showed up in full form to help complete our two day rugby extavaganza!  Overall this year was quite the religious experience, Greg being the rugby messiah who we loyal few  follow adamently each year.

I'll have pictures from all three years posted soon, so keep checking the page out for updates!!  CHEERS EVEYONE!!! We'll see ya nexy July!

In return for their constant encouragement in our endeavor to party up the tourney, we'd like to thank, as always the Ottawa Indians R.F.C. for their generosity and courtesy over the years. Especially, tha guy who everything would fall apart without, the one, the only............ Scotty Mills! Thanx dude!
