Double your download rate, for FREE...
Hi this is  a very neat trick but VERY complicated.....
Also I did know how to speed up actual access but it isn't very good....and I forgot how to!
OK you ready for this...lets go!

1: Firstly open up "Control panel" (Start/Settings/Control panel).
2: Now go to "Network" and double click it, then select "Dial-up adaptor" and go to properties.
3: Thirdly you must go to "Advanced" then select "IP Packet size from the list below".
4: Now from the drop down list on the right select "small" and then click "OK".
5: Now some shit about drivers and stuff will come up, ignore it.
6: Finally restart and you should have roughly doubled your download rate!!!
