Rules
Hosting Guidelines
In general, the function of a host is to monitor the chat room for the following items:
Exchange: We want the chat room to be not only a fun place, but one where many different points of view can be exchanged. You as a host can influence this directly by encouraging people to share their views.
Respect: As any one who has been into a chat room can attest, there is nothing worse than being berated and ridiculed. Your job as a host is to minimize or eliminate disrespect in the TWR chat room. A chatter who feels their opinion was respected is likely to be a repeat visitor, and possibly a new member of the community.
Tolerance: One of the things that make our community great is the diverse cross-section of people that are members. With this in mind, your job as a host is to be tolerant of ideas differing from yours and insure that the atmosphere in the chat is tolerant. Please refer to Exchange.
Now on to the unpleasant items. You are expected to enforce the following guidelines:
No preaching. This means that if someone wants to share their opinion, fine. They will not be allowed to evangelize in our room.
No spamming. We all know how annoying those spambots can be. Be sure first, but if you know a nick to be a spambot ban it immediately.
No posting of Links. The only advertising allowed in our chat is that for our own community. A chatter may post links after asking, based on your best judgment.
No room disrupting. Use your judgment on this one. You can recognize who is not really in the chat to exchange ideas.
Hammer time. Please look at the host list and ensure that you do not grant a "guest hammer" to anyone not on the list.
This is a tentative listing. Now that we have an established presence on the Religion pages, we need to go about becoming more established in our ways of handling the chat. Feel free to submit any ideas or requests to any one of the managers.

6. Give you thoughts about the community and what you want to see on it

Also as a member you have the chance to get a promotion.
Rules For Promotions.
1. Help the mgr. and asst. mgr.
2. To become asst. mgr. must have 3 people join
3. To become mgr. must get 5 people to join
4. Apply the community for Awards
5. Write in the message board once a week
6. Fallow all community rules
Rules for Management:
1. No disrespect toward members
2. Help improve the site.
3. Host one or more chats a month
4. Find graphics for the site. (See Graphics Rules)

Graphics Rules
1. If not your original work you must have a web-site address from where it was taken from
2. Keep nudity to a low
3. Have the banner from the site graphic is from.
4. E-mail the web master of the site you take the graphics from to make sure it's OK to take
