Welcome to the Manic Depression Web Ring home page. The purpose
of this ring is to connect those of us with Bipolar (manic-depression ) mood disorder
together, to provide resources, information and support.
Requirements:
A site submitted to this web ring should have at least a portion of it addressing
Bipolar disorder, (manic- depressive illness), or related therapies, resources, support,
etc; in a non-abusive and supportive or empathetic manner.
Sites containing pornographic or "strictly adult" material will not be
considered, due to the sensive nature of the illnesses, and those touring the ring
sites.
Rules :
1. your ring code must be on the page you submitted to ring.
it's doesn't have to be your main page - but this will be the page the
ring visitors
will be referred to.
you can not put the ring on your webring page and submit the main
one... - if you wish the visitors to come to your main page
put the code on it.)
2. if you move you must E-mail the ring master with the new URL.
dead links will removed and those site won't been admitted back into
the ring

3. if you remove the ring code with out letting me know - you will be removed
and not be admitted back into the ring.
4. no fooling around with the code. if I add you and than find out the ring code has
been changes you will be removed from the ring to the queue -
if after 7 days the code isn't fixed you will be removed from the ring.
Please note that you will have 14 days after submitting your site
URL to have it up and running. You will receive information and notification step-by-step
on how to add your site. If you have ANY problems or questions, please don't hesitate to

Follow the instructions below and you will be placed in the webring queue. Once you have
followed all the steps, your site will be reviewed and you will be notified by e-mail of
your acceptance.
Instructions
Fill out the following form with your site information. This will
place your site in the queue of sites waiting to get into the ring and will assign you a
site ID number.
Copy and paste the HTML fragment into your web page:
You will need to add some specific information to
the tag below.
When you see "(YOUR SITE ID)" inside
parenthesis, simply delete
the () and everything in between them, and replace it
with your
specific information. You will need to add your name
once, your
email address once, and your new site ID number 4 times.
If you move, change your site name etc., you can let me know by clicking HERE.
