WELCOME TO OUR NEW MAGAZINES IN THE CHINESE YEAR OF THE SNAKE!
Its time to decide what kind of snake or serpent you are going to be this year! Stealthy, sinister
and dangerous, or supplestealthy , only striking when absolutely necessary?
Martial artists could learn a lot from snakes - or ar least from what they seem to us. Snakes
keepthemselves to themselves generally - though there are some exceptions. A snake will only
attack when it is cornered or frightened , threatened in some way or for food. When it does strike, it
does not tease its pray it kills simply to eat or for protection. It does not waste energy striking
unecessarily, or just for fun. It strikes deliberately, and with necessary force.
What kind of snake shall you be?
