General Info:
Trail length is 5 miles when open. Currently (as of Jan., 2001) parts of the trail are closed due to flooding by a number of Beaver dams. This is an easy hike if you avoid flooded areas.
I was there just after a very long cold spell and the flooded areas were frozen over enough for me to get through.
Even though parts maybe impassible now this is still a nice mostly level trail and good for a winter hike or to see in the Spring as it is named Pink Beds because of all the Mountain Laurel that blooms in this valley!
