The Charlevoix South Pier light, is located at the end of the channel leading from lake Charlevoix to Lake Michigan. At the end of a long Pier is located a four sided steel,white square with the light above it. The pier is very accessible, with Sandy beaches all-around. Sailboats and pleasure boats make their way in and out. If you look towards Lake Charlevoix you will see a draw bridge, this bridge is open quite often giving you a touch of nostalgia.
