When was the last time your MEZUZOS have been checked?????
| | |
One of the easiest mitzvah to follow seems to have the biggest difficulty. Most MEZUZOS on people's doors are NOT KOSHER! Believe it or not, there are people selling non-kosher Mezuzos whom are frauds. A Mezuza must be purchased from a competent, fully qualified Scribe. The other difficulty is that people don't realize that the ink rubs off in about 7 years often. The smaller the Mezuzah the bigger chance of a problem. There are Orthodox, experienced scribed available to check your Mezuzos. They must be inspected every 3 & 1/2 years. The life & protection of ones family is at stake! Take care of the people living under your rooftop, learn more. If one needs help finding a Qualified local Scribe, I'll B'N try to help. A NOTE TO SEFERIM. It says in Tohoras Chaim that a Sofer should perform teviloh regularly. When mikvah's are so easily available, well, well, take a dunk. You have our lives in your stake! No excuses!
