FAQ
What is paragliding?
Paragliding is an ultra light air sport with no need of any propulsion system to glide other then the wind and thermals and some slop to take off.
 What is Paramotoring?
It's another version of paragliding but it uses a motor as a mean of propulsion. It just needs some flat space to take off.
If there isn't a slop neither a paramotoring to take off how can I take off?
There are other was of taking off with the use a use of a towing system. Either fixed on a ground or pulled by a vehicleor a power boat.
How old can we be to practice paragliding?
This is very relative. Some paragliding schools only accept people between 16 and 60 years of age to initiate a paragliding course. I've seen much younger and much elder people gliding. It depends on I fit that person is and how much responsibility is allowed for parents (in the case of younger) to let theirs kids to glide and also depends on how the paragliding federation will accept people to be registered with them. If you need more information contact the FAI the world air sports federation (Fédération Aéronautique Internationale)
