LADY OF MIST
She walks the heavens night
and day
calling out and searching.
She is looking for what
she had
and had to leave behind.
Who knows how long she
has been
searching in her sad lonely
vigil.
She walks and searches
for her true love
and her beloved children.
Yearning
to hold her true love in
her loving arms
once more. Waiting
so patiently
as she walks the skies
day and night
day after day , year after
year. Time
has no meaning as she walks
her lonely walk.
Calling out to them as
she is searching
as they are coming soon.
Soon she
will once again see the
smiling faces
of her children and hear
once more
their laughter fill the
air with joy and
happiness. Soon she
will once again
lay within the arms of
her true love
her beloved husband for
eternity.
No one has ever seen someone
grieve
so for her lost loved ones
as our lady
of mists. Soon her
vigil will end and
she will be content and
able to rest once more.
This longing hurts so much
and tears stream
down her face as she once
remembers.
The time she had to leave
behind and those she
left behind. Soon
the lady of the mist
search will come to an
end. Soon she
will be happy once again.
