The Dragon's Lady
by Rex Page
Your cheek is warm and wet
with tears,
As you lay upon my chest.
I hold you tight to calm your
fears
And soothe your troubled breast.
He hurt you so and I can tell
Your pain and shame are deep.
I want to free you from this
hell.
My arms are yours, my sweet.
How can a man turn dragon's
breath
On a creature, soft and fair?
What makes a man hurt love
to death
With words that love can't
bear?
Your sobs burn deep; your body
shakes.
I so want you to smile.
I'll hold you till it comes
again;
I'll hold you for a while.
You look at me and love is
there,
Deep in those dark brown eyes.
I touch you where your skin
is bare;
My touch brings more sweet
sighs.
Your kiss is deep and thrills
me so,
With salty taste of tears.
You kiss me like you've had
to go
Without a kiss for years.
Another kiss; you moan so deep,
I feel it flow through me.
I pray my love a treasure
keep
That lonesome heart I see.
You tremble as I kiss your
breast,
But fear is far from why.
Fresh tears are coming from
your eyes;
Because of joy you cry.
Your body craves for each caress
For touch your body pleads.
I taste your sweetness as
I press
My kiss where you have needs.
No dragon's breath can fill
your mind
As your body starts to flow.
No evil thought of any kind;
No one can make you go.
Your passion floods me with
your love,
That love's sweet soft delight.
My passion fills you with
my love,
Your eyes are clear and bright.
No words we spoke throughout
the night.
Love's touch said every word.
The sun is coming up, it's
light.
Love's sighs were all we heard.
Our bodies still in love's
embrace;
You touch my lip and sigh.
A frown is on your perfect
face.
I think that I will die.
We kiss and then I set you
free.
I watch you as you dress.
I want to take you home with
me
And ease your heart's distress.
You look at me and force a
smile,
And then I hear you speak.
Your voice is soft and sexy
while
Your words just make me weak.
"You know I love you," soft
she said.
"I want you all my own.
This is the time we both must
dread,
I really must go home."
I'm dying down so deep inside,
Such grief replacing bliss.
My feelings are so hard to
hide,
You give me one more kiss.
"You are my gentle knight and
friend,
Your heart is dear and true.
The dragon's reign is sure
to end,
And I'll come back to you."
